I created (some of) them for my own library inspired by the U100 mod pack itself, so none of it's wasted :). But one of the things I like about this mod is the fact that people offer ideas/sfx/models....some of them get used for release some don't it's the Boss's decision at the end of the day. bolo861 166 Posted January 10, 2015 Also something is not right with SCAR s Mk.20 SSR .300 BK flash animation. When you are not shooting it shows flash animation like you would be shooting. It looks quite funny. Oh and Suggestion, there is already quite good 6.8 QD sound suppressor in Your pack, would be cool to pair it with new 6.8 SPC rifles (Masada 6.8 and SCARs). That s all. How about a camoflaged ACR version (or at least a black one) wink wink? The texture of the rear BUIS is a little blurry, but it looks just like the vanilla MX sights, so why not replace it with the vanilla one? Loving it! Keep it up, man! Cheers! I get really hesitant when I can't reliably directly contact that person about major modifications (such as retexturing and adding, removing stuff that changes the appearance of the original work) so I may just want to leave the subject alone for now until somehow I'm able to contact him or her so it is what it is and will be. While yes there's the Royalty Free license argument I'm just not going to hear/read it and not a valid argument in my mind. Animating the handles shouldn't be a problem as that doesn't involve any major modification and a simple animation if it actually does that in real life (I need to check on some videos). As for the ACOG? The RMR is a red dot sight so while the brightness is adjustable game rendering allows it to be "bright" all of the time regardless of ambient light conditions. I did have an ACOG in Afghanistan and I really didn't like it at the time (given the location I should have) but I didn't fire my weapon enough to justify using it that much, so I kept the CCO instead. The reason I point this out is that I haven't used it as much as my FOs did (which I made sure did have) and so I'm of the understanding that the fiber strip on the scope itself collects the ambient light and therefore determines the brightness of the reticule of the weapon. So I left that issue alone and deal with it. So if I illuminate it like the red dots then it'd be wrong (really bright a night, etc.). And it's a shadowing issue so maybe if there's a way to illuminate it better then I'd like to know but if not then that's going to be it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I understand what you were trying to do, but they're just so different, I find it really distracting. I still absolutely love your L85 sound. Probably the hardest part is to figure out which suppressor to add to it, and configuring the sounds specifically for that version of the weapon shouldn't be much effort really.
