It's more complicated than that:

Terrain creators among you are wondering why there is no Visitor release yet. This is unfortunately not quite so easy. Visitor 4 is based on licensed technology and we are not allowed simply to release it. We need to find consent of the licencor first before we can make it available to the community. We'll keep you updated.

Glad to see one of my favorite ARMA 2 maps is transfering over to ARMA 3. Keep up the great work Icebreakr!

Ok so since this sort of update request is not allowed, I'm going straight for post n°2: if you need people to test this "in situ", i'm administrating a fairly large server and would be happy top help you beta-test your map if necessary.

Duala is coming to A3, but currently I'm contempating the idea of putting all of my A2 maps on a single map. Not to mention that new TB is pita... still learning new stuff.

Or just combining them all into one giant island with extremely varying climates.

I'll be very interested in how you manage to combine them seamlessly and if you know you somehow manage to include an actual river system to boot...

I think I just shed a tear of joy. All on the same map would just be fantastic IB! Of course managing the transitions between the maps would be a pain.

DreamRebel: maps CTD on A3, without any proper rpt log... its hard to make something without any clue what could be wrong. So, hold on.

Everything is possible, but usually with BIS products it sadly takes months to make it perfect ;)

Sorry to ask IceBreakr but what happened to the Balkan map you mentioned long time ago in the Arma 2 forums. Did you make it or cancelled the project?

However I really hope you get more involved in Arma 3, your maps and the quality are missing right now.

Really eager to see what's coming,

on a sidenote, wouldn't a map as big as all of your islands combined be tough to handle for the game?

I mean all these objects could put a strain on the rig, I can clearly recall that moment in summer 2010 when I launched lingor for the first time, making my PC sweat like nothing else back then (my rig was already due to being replaced when lingor came out)

i do kinda agree, unless the islands were about altis length apart then all the rendering would kill a PC

I don't think his going to want them Altis length apart, Can you imagine how long it would take to travel that in a boat? I think 4 -6 km's apart sounds about right but It is one of those things that will need to be tested to get it right. It would need to be not too short a trip for a jet or heli but not a mammoth trip for a boat.
