Timescale in GTA IV was 1 hour = 2 minutes.. That was just to short. You barely experience the sunset. It would be great with a cheat that would make it possible to slow down ingame Clock. mrcash2009 0 Posted August 24, 2013 I have used PC versions and I always searched a clock change mod a soon as it became available because I agree default is always too fast. Hopefully they might have seen this and placed a scaling slider in the settings.
