If I understud the blogs correctly, head movement will be disabled for AI. It's probably not done in this build version.

I wouldn't worry about it though. It's unfinished and they should have enough time to fix it, if this is a bug.

Side note - It's looking damn good. Even at night!

Did anyone else realize Ltn Jeff Larkin from the storyline is the son of a Larkin from TOH?
