  2. Same here, if I zoom in and fire a weapon in full auto I lose 20 fps. I've always wondered if there's some sort of mod that disables muzzleflashes in 1st person.

    Is it just me or is the AI back to terminator mode in the RC? Even when setting the aiming subskills to zero.

    Nope, it was some months ago, maybe in version 3.9, can't remember. But it didn't throw any errors in the arsenal back when I tested it. Would be very cool to see RHS-Quality female models though, now that women also have to sign for the draft.

    Actually, the voice works. I only tested it on the player, as a subordinate, and you can hear the female voice calling targets, etc.
  7. A bit of an incompatibility report (sorta); in the current version, this mod turns various UNSUNG helmets invisible.

Not sure if it's known yet, but if you run a scenario with briefing screen, any units that are supposed to play an animation (codes like "[this, "STAND"] call BIS_fnc_ambientAnim;" and "0 = this spawn {waitUntil {time > 0}; _this switchMove "KIA_passenger_injured_medevac_truck01"}") from the beginning of the mission, 90% of the time simply don't play it at all. Instead, the units are stuck in the default 'pointing the gun forwards' stance. Note that the animations will play if the scenario doesn't launch with the briefing screen at the start. Also, ORBAT markers seem to load a lot slower on the briefing screen. Can anyone else confirm?

    You can also try lowering other subSkills, like _unit setSkill ["aimingShake", 0.2]; _unit setSkill ["aimingSpeed", 0.2];
  11. Something I've noticed on DEV is that in the main menu I gained +10 FPS, but while playing I lose around 15-20 FPS, independently of the mission/scenario I'm playing. Had to switch back to stable.

So as you may know (I didn't until today), you can preview the whole scenario you're creating (briefing, etc) by holding down SHIFT and click 'preview', and, for some reason, they play out quite differently: First thing I noticed was that ambientAnim didn't play any animations on the units, instead, they were in a frozen state with their weapons pointed forwards. Basically, it was as if 'disableAI "ANIM"' had been executed instead. Quit the preview and tried again and from that point on, the function worked. I've noticed many other scenarios and campaigns from other people that suffered from frozen units as well. Then, on a smaller, less impacting way, in the init file I added a code to add the TF Aegis insignia to all west units. It worked, but somehow it removed the insignias from the player's group which I had previously added from each unit's init. So why's this?

    Do you plan on adding BDUs with flight gloves and/or rolled sleeves, for example, for the Special Forces? I dislike requesting, but if there's things I'd personally like to see, those are top of the list. Right there with the knee pads too. Thank you greatly for this mod.

    Since there are ERDL, Tigerstripe, etc. boonies and so on, does that mean we can expect those camos for the BDUs and vests?

    With this excellent mod, it shouldn't be too hard to make some sort of CWR3 (with more developers in the team, ofc). Maybe it could convince w0lle?
  21. So I was previewing a scenario earlier and the power went out, and so did my PC. After starting up and everything, I booted up Arma 3 to get that "Welcome" message you get when you play it for the first time. I shrugged it off and went into the editor and saw that all of the arsenal loadouts were gone. Everything else seems to be intact, the campaign and any other scenarios are marked as done and everything. I validated the steam files, started up again and got the upcoming updates (Nexus, expansion) message, and yeah, the arsenal is still empty of loadouts. Any leads? EDIT: VR Training seems to have been reset as well as my best times on Firing Drills and lap times.

  23. It doesn't happen after every restart/shut down. Best guess is that something got corrupted. But it's fine, all good things must come to an end.
