yeah! +1 Just a bomb spawned at a bit of height. give it a good speed vector, angled at the intended position, then BOOM. Been thinking of that a lot, never got around to, to make my own.

It really seems like you refer to a group otherwise you wont get that error. zoom aaaaaaal the way in to the helo andake sure you edit die atributes of the helicopter. not that blue box right next to the helicopter icon.

Interesting! As far as my knowledge goes. there is no such thing as auto hover. Not in the Helos I have been in anyway. Only position hold stuff. Which aint really an autohover. So, maybe that mindset helps. Can I add you on steam? -

Good work Pyroflash. But in response to the wishes of some repliers: Be aware that using the AFM is really just asif you are flying on 'Backup controls' for those advanced helicopters? Like the Blackfoot. (I compare that to the now-days apache) Except for the stress effects, rolling takeoff/landings etc, the handling may be simulated somewhat realistic looking a physics. But those helo's have flight control systems that kinda make it fly like the 'Standard flight model'. -
The Lowlands Warrior team has started a side project based on SimCentric's FST 'Fires & Strikes' for VBS3. With the real life knowledge and experience about Close Air Support and Groundbased fires we decided to push this project in order to give the community something that brings them closer to reality. What does it do? The endgoal is to have an external application aswel as an ingame UI to control Close airsupport and artillery according to NATO standard procedures. Aircraft will fly realistic attack paterns and can loosly interpet your 'talk ons' What will the first release be able to do? We plan on having a simple in game UI where the most essential items can be filled in and strikes will happen accordingly. Type 2 controls, Grids, final attack headings, weapon type, egress headings and cleared hot calls. How can you help? We know how it works in real life. And we kind of know how we want to make it. We have OK scripting experience but we are looking for master scripters!

This project has been discontinued. Drongo's artillery and Air support mod was unknown to us until recently. It would be a waste of effort to reinvent the wheel while Drongo is doing a great job.

Yes! since arma physics cant handle real life speeds, the speeds for aircraft need to be adjusted. However when jets fly as fast as helicopters it becomes strange... And yes weapons need to be adjusted accordingly. especially the AA weapons -

1. remove Ace_ai.pbo This will fix the guns. And the AI is fine since a few Arma updates ago. Ace AI is even rediculously bad. They cannot hit shit. 2. just input the grid by hand and use a decimal for the 5th and 8th digit. -
No No great! it just got me confused but yeah the F for eject was an issue for some people :) great job on this mod. It may not have been simple to create but its these 'simple' and small mods that make Arma so much greater. versus the 1000meg mods. I mean the Megabytes vs. Addition factor is skyhigh!

Maybe I overlooked something. Is it correct that with the latest version you use Custom keys instead of directly assigning key strokes? I downloaded from Armaholic. is that an outdated version?

Ill try again.... Yes the weird fog is indeed the issue. However I never touched it. Its there aswell when I leave the default setting.

edit your sqm. remove all entries in the addons class. change the number of mods listed. Then reorder the IDs of the mods classes. Im sure that will be done quickly. Its not like you use 20 or 30 different mods right?......right?- 896 replies

Currently the whole Rucphense Heide area is done with parts of the outskirts of Roosendaal. The district closely arround the SF Base (Engelbrecht van Nassau kazerne) is done. The inside of Gilze-Rijen Airbase is done. SF Maritime school is done. ('de vaarschool') All highways are in place plus the Merwede brug. We are now working on the whole Land van Altena including the Bieschbosch. It will be released when its done. Early releases will be shared with members only. To become a 103SF member you need sign up, agree to the terms of membership and successfully complete the training.
