Different mod versions it would seem. Verify the mod you have is the same that the server is running.

Any other mods running? Something else could be conflicting even if you both are running the same mods.

What issues? I haven't had issues with this mod. -
Chances are if you check the website for what ever mod you're playing they do. That's not something the modeler does.

The original author of this mod lost his source files. IIRC meaning that it wouldn't get fixed. As for the armor values there are a few fixes floating around there. I don't have the link for them as I'm on my phone. -

Have you tried changing the order of how the mods are listed in the launch parameters? Don't forget to load each mod individuallyand see if it might be another mod.
