Going off of Wikipedia it seems that it was adopted primarily by the U.S. Navy for use by SEAL, Seabee, and Security units. Either way it would still be cool to have. I think that´s can not simulate the ArmA2 Game of the ammunition. You can found the cigarett´s in too you Profil Editor "In-Game". BUT i must say for OA,CO it´s the cigarette incorrectly adjust, because of the new head models of OA. Reason is that, in ideal conditions, you can spot a burning cigarette half a mile away in the dark! That's just using your eyes (not IR). Given that it's hot, you should also be able to spot it using IR optics but given that a human face is already warm it would probably be difficult to distinguish (even if the lit end if MUCH hotter).
