That sounds like it comes from KaRRiLLioN's RTS-3, possibly in the RTS3 Core addon available on that page or here.

The tag "MTY" is/was used by a fellow calling himself "Martin", so if you go look around for his addons, you might find something among these.

I guess you don't get into the squads and fanpages forum much? Ofp.info went down, now they're back same as before, except all links to gamezone.cz need changing to gamepark.cz, the higgens link is no exception.

In just about every mission i play, every campaign, as soon as a gun is fired, the missing addon box comes up, i click ok and it lets me continue playing, but still annoying nonetheless.
