Roe-31stMEU- 10 Posted December 11, 2009 (edited) Ok, so I just downloaded the CAA1 - Full - ClassicPlants. Is this all I need to run say for example Sahrani? Cuz I just tried and I get CTD's with any forms of Sahrani or Rahmadi... Porto works fine, Avgani works fine, Afghan Village works fine... but I get a CTD with any of the originals from ArmA.... I also DLed the OAC Core and have already had previously the CBA for other mods. Hm... [GLT] Legislator 66 Posted December 11, 2009 @Roe[31stMEU]: I had the same issue with two different ArmA II installations. I guess one of the latest beta patches messed something up. I did a total CAA1 update yesterday. Still there is an error message appearing and my SLA units are listed twice in the editor with two SLA factions. Somehow the faction classes are conflicting. I can't play on CAA1 Islands ... only QB Ones :( And one Question I downloaded CAA1 through Yoma ( http://caa1.arma-creations.com/yas/caa1/caa1-full-autumn.7z ) but the file strucur isn't working with x\caa1;x\oac\oac_core ?! I copied all addon Folders from the caa1 Subfolder to Caa1... ( arma2\x\caa1\addons\caa1_w_desert.pbo for sample) .. is that right?! Arma2.exe Crashes, when I try to enter Editor or Single Player Mission on Sahrani and the other Arma1 Isle. I'm using latest Patch and latest Beta Patch. Even if I put a hundred of mods it still works ok. @Intruder I tried to load ACE before after and in the middle. It doesnt matter as soon as ACE is loaded it crashes. There was a â€;†at the end of the command line after the oac-directory. Now i have no errors ;). I also updated the CBA to 0.2.0 . Ok, then open with this target line the mission called commander its the 9th official mission from ArmA I and try to start it. The reason i converted them is that not all missions work striaght out of the box they need a little finetuning. Tested that mission and it works correctly here , no crash. Hmm will try the ones from your link. Thank you! Hopefully it works. I will report later. EDIT: Im back, and yes it works. It turned out that I had exactly your converted missions! I downloaded them again and voila it works. Apparently they went corrupted somehow. Before I was using ACE it worked well...hmm. Never mind now it works even with ACE. Thank you for your help and for converting this great ArmA1 mission. I really enjoy them even when playing them for the 20th or more time.
