henrique_rp 10 Posted July 11, 2010 I am having some issues with the new 2.2 version which I had never had with the older version. Every time I am loading a mission I get the following error: "You cannot play/edit this mission: it is dependent on content that has been deleted. vops_c_guns" However, I installed it just like any other mod, by using the @ folder thingy and loaded it using Arma Launcher. The fore-mentioned sound file is where it should be, inside the addons folder. After I acknowledge the error message, the mission loads ok, but I am getting frequent CTD's when playing the Operation Arrowhead domination servers. So, is there a fix for this problem? Especially with heavy scripted missions like Domination which were always unstable. Please fix the inheritance in your configs and don't overwrite configs as it simply breaks too much (take also a look at required addons). Full OA support, new ACE sound replacement (will be extended, just HK416 sounds at this time). Please leave feedback, especially the guys who were quite dissappointed about the last version. megagoth1702 252 Posted August 16, 2010 Dude, VOP sound 2 was... Ok... I ended up using m4&m16 samples from eliassound , the rest was HiFi and the vehicles of course tango romeo. I actually "released" a sound mod PACK on TacticalGamer.com forums because the guy were still sticking to that ACE_SM. I am packing the best of best samples together into a big package. Questions - Are your sounds real life recordings? Are all the guns snappy? Are there distorted samples because they were recorded with a bad mic (like ACE_SM)?
