F-16 Falcon 1.06

Contains EddyD's fixes.

Improvements:

- adjusted proxies

- added fire geometry

- fake sidewinders viewable from inside

- more anims: nose wheel turns, canopy opens, some parts disappear when the plane is killed.

Known bugs:

- self shadows appear in some places.

I have disabled breaths due to the fact they had higher priority than radio protocol. If anybody knows how to fix it, please help

I've added the special effects package to the F16 above, includes separate afterburner sound and tweaked the flight model.

changelog:

- special effects package - sonic boom, wingtips etcs

- improved flight model.

I'll PM zGuba and see if he wants to update to include it.

I won't be releasing a separate version as not to create a mess etc.

It is great to see the improvements on the US version, I use this in all my missions, love the F16.

It would be great if zGuba would add the items from Eble, anyway thanks for the update!

I agree. It would definately be great to implement those effects. Nice job updating this lovely fighter. I've been mainly using RACS one because of the afterburners, but quite like the loadouts on this one. Especially the guided AG missiles and FFAR version.
