personally i use adobe ps  and when i clcik file it has many options, one of whic is "save for web".

it opens a new window and gives 4 options low, medium, high, max

depending how big the origin file was i can usuually get a high out put around 70 - 100 k

others split the pic into 2 and save 2 or 3 x 100 kb slices.

this way in the forum they wil look like one if you set it out right.

i found a similar option in my program. works well enough. but resizing the pictures to less than 100kb really takes away a lot of sharpness and detail . a shame i can't show them off in all their glory.

I have anti-aliasing only on low settings, but resizing the image smoothed all the edges

There where hopes that operation H20 would remain a secret. Alas, the populous of the island were alerted and the violence that occurred, is too graphic to display. However, the "Package" was extracted without receiving any collateral damage. There are rumors of a cryptic message being propagated by the larger of the two images.

Thanks for the comments everyone. As for the model, it's one of my projects. Right now her color maps aren't too hot and until we get an ARMA compatible modeling program, I'm afraid

she will remain a static object.

Hey Cameron, you're units are pretty cool, except there's no such thing as an "Infantry" tab. The only authorized tabs are: Airborne, Ranger, Sapper, President's Hundred, Special Forces, and Honor Guard. The First Infantry Division patch would be just the Big Red 1.

Thanks, I haven't finished working on them yet. Right now I have them using the plastic full-color IR flag. I'm not sure what else I would want to do before making some kind of release, it just doesn't feel finished to me yet.

Well, I want to make the medic more visible. Right now I have him using the Rifleman class and model because I was having some issues with using the medic class and model. I'm trying to think of a way to make finding the medic a bit easier than waving your crosshair and waiting for the HUD to identify him.
