follow the roads near the citys, South part of island.

i think theres another one in North part too at left top. (distorced)

Last line, you might be able to change the date, but its still 1984, and while it might have been friday 10 may back then, its wednesday in my world  wink_o.gif

But, after testing it seems that the year does not make a difference, oh well, i was always under the impression that BIS had an actually working calendar(that line doesnt seem to do anything at all)...  tounge2.gif

EDIT: Thats probably why they dont have a release date for ArmA yet...  rofl.gif

OK, now i see what may 10th is.

So i guess after this week, we'll have more images, more videos and more info, but still no publisher and definetly no release date for the near future... confused_o.gif

Hmm... The new video looks promising: enhanced camera handling, smoth body animations, really nice colours and lighting. I hope, though, it'll run on my old buddy...

Hi, this is Frank.  If you’re a regular reader then Will already introduced me (and my truck).  He asked me to post this because he wanted to get this up right way.  He’s out running drills with the royals, and had to leave before the internet cafe was open.  So if I did this right, here’s Will’s first video made near the embassy in Obregan. lol they tease us again,

blurry video which is shot thru seagull / red kite view, still its better than nothing nice looking anims and yellow ural , hopefully e3 will be more fruitfull. smile_o.gif

I wonder if those guys are AI, in which case I also love the fact that they are looking around, not staring straight ahead.

The tree shadows are definately moving. Though whether they are moving in perfect unison with the swaying - I'm not sure.

the movie is short, but the camera scripting seems to have been expanded:

- camera can be tilted, this means setbank and setdive have finally been enabled !!!

- incremental zoom (zoom speed is variable)

- I *hope* shaking cam is there as well

hmm i think that camera swayin is because they are looking thru seagull view or whatever bird there is on arma, you can see it gently sway near the end. to be honest ,after looking at the video again ,i reckon its a piss poor attempt at giving us a good luck at arma, the dodgy russian film was better than this and it was unofficial.

Come now, it was 14 seconds of footage. I doubt BIS wanted to give us the first good look at arma with just 14 seconds of .avi goodness.

This feature was already implented in OFP wink_o.gif

It was introduced in one of the patches, but it didn't really fulfill a purpose. Exept for being a nice visual effect wink_o.gif
