It's actually a first-rate little addon. The textures and realism, particularly the ACOG sight, are top notch. And this weapon, in this configuration, is unique to OFP.

It's a keeper.

Excellent work man. I love the sound it makes.will be issueing this to spec ops in the future.

It's another M-4, yeah, but it's nice because it doesn't fire SS-109. That is, it'll actually kill something.

Only a few of things to fix.  1 - The muzzle flash shadow is visible, and 2 - the ACOG has no shadow.  See below:

Plus, I found that the AI only seems to engage targets at ranges greater than 50m.

Other than that it's a fine addon.  Well done.

Nice work.

A couple of opinions: Tune down the lethality a bit (I assume it's a .300 Whisper, not a full-power 7.62x51) and change the config so that it's zeroed at 150 meters or so, and it's close to perfect.
