Hm, waiting for OFP 2:

A. We'll have to wait till OFP 2 is rekeased-Aprox. a year or so (correct?)

B.  We'll have to wait for BAS to release new addons for OFP 2 (add another 5 months to that release)

Not at all harsh criticism, but you it will be atleast another year or so till we see an addon from you guys, not only the release date, but for your team to release their addons takes alot of time (you make them as perfect as you can).

BIS has said it will come out 2005 at the EARLIEST, so that means its coming out early 2006 if we are lucky.

Your math assumes the proposition that BAS is not now working on addons for OFP2.  Considering BIS has said OFP2 will be backwards compatible, I don't think your assumption is safe to make.

Yes i do say the same.

I hope the have a wonderful time off from mod making to take a break, but there is no reason why they can't release there NAVY SEALs

and other addons without the features they can't get to work.

so that someone can take over or so that a user can just use them the way they are.

I just hope they do that before they leave us. I have been waiting long enough for these addons and so has everyone else.

Also like a few people have said. I don't think they will be coming back after they leave, so thats why i want them to release what they have right now wheather there finished or not. If there not finished someone else can finish them.

I don't want to sound like i am whinning or anything i just feel that they should do that rather than just "shelve them"

I know there is lots of other modders that can take over where BAS left off.

Good Luck BAS and I just hope that you guys are coming back to do what you guys do best. ADDON MAKING!

Already done. I am uploading the video to my site as we speak. My site can only handle so much bandwith though, mirrors would be greatly appreciated. It should be available for download very soon. It's short and sweet, threw it together rather quickly.

I dont think that BAS has OFP2.... Im not a comspiracy guy..

I just think its kind of "foolish" to start making mods for a game that does not even have a single screenshot or a release date.

Correct me if im wrong, but has it not been over a year since we even heard anything about this game?

Well me the bikecop has something to say.You made stuff that was very useful in the OFP community...but the "promised" prodjects were A:being half assed or B:the team was being mixed up with other prodjects.god I surely hope you didnt even think about half assing.The seals were only a bar on the side of the website...and I thought "wow 2 years of beta-testing model creating and ass kicking" never recieved even a picture of them and I have to question now did you even start the prodject or did you want us on our feet as we watched the pretty cars go by.Well I never heard of this "woodland" pack until now! this pisses me off so many ideas and yet again so much secrecy!!.Well I have a conspiracy to tell you all the lawn knomes are taking over.
