norsu 180 Posted March 25, 2004 Last weekend's trip to Stralsund & Rügen (Germany). View from Königstuhl 342kb Königstuhl itself 354kb And Stralsund city hall & St. Nicolai 291kb Not that high quality though. *edit* Man it was really one hell of a wind there and I was there with my trusty old bike . Luckily local Gasthaus offered Hausgemacht Sauerfleisch mit Bratkartoffeln und Sose for a reasonable price .

WhoCares 0 Posted March 30, 2004 Going to add some as well. However, you have to surf a little to see them (hotlinking doesn't work): 1. Klick here. 2. Agree to connect via a secure connection (or do not, but then you won't see the pictures ) 3. Ignore all the german text and login stuff and instead click on the folder named WhoCares 4. There you go, downsized (but still 150-300kB) and partially gamma-corrected pictures of vacations and business trips. Feel free to guess where I was

ozanzac 0 Posted March 30, 2004 I am a confessing WEEKEND WARRIOR Â Nice hobby you got there. I've always wanted to have a go at that kind of 'Medieval' combat, with the armour, swords and whatnot. If I can find a pic of me at the paintball fields, decked out in camo, I'll post it, otherwise, a group shot will have to suffice.

Baron Hurlothrumbo IIX 0 Posted March 30, 2004 OK, first post here Don't be mean My base camp from when I was helping with an irrigation scheme in Malawi The truck that crashed with all us Mazungu (white people, slightly derogatory) in it - thats a very steep hill just through the grass leading to a river + cliff... if it had gone through the ditch there would have been trouble - the gears and brakes failed going up a steep hill, and it rolled backwards down it Pretty pic in droidsville, back in Scotland Me in catalogue pose for a photography students pics a few years ago Drunk in the bar - pretty much what I was seeing Me and the S.O. at some scenery near my house. Nice warm scottish weather I thought this was cool so I took a pic of it
WhoCares 0 Posted March 31, 2004 OK, first post hereDon't be mean ... Nice warm scottish weather So Scotland is well represented on this page of the thread, as most of my pictures are Scotland in early April 2002. (except 3 and 4, which are south France and Monaco in October) . And as you can see, the scottish weather was indeed exceptionally well (up to ~20°C), maybe a bit windy sometimes and cold in the nights (~ -5°C)

GoOB 0 Posted April 3, 2004 Wee! I just found "my" long lost 128mb SmartMedia card which contained pictures of my fathers, his friend and I's "skiing trip" to Lappland, more precisley the areas around Tjäkkta Tjĺkka and Kebenekaise(a few pictures from the top of "Kebbe" aswell). Expect some pictures that fall under "the most beautiful country" category tomorrow. Not up to par with the natural beauty of New-Zealand though
