Sphinx 0 Posted January 3, 2003 Smoke grenades.. Arent those used for cover ??
DarkLight 0 Posted January 3, 2003 Yes but using exploding grenades would be a bit dangerous, so "getting hit" by the smoke probable is the best way. Also, the nades can cause a lot of distraction during airsoft fights...
Sphinx 0 Posted January 13, 2003 Well.. Ive had my Mac11 and my Beretta for about a week.. and Ill say there really good guns.. Im working on an ak.. and 3 xtra clips and a sling.. but can someone tell me where the hell i can play ?? I havent found a place yet.... Also where can I get one of those little straps that hang off the front of the Mac11 ?
FSPilot 0 Posted January 13, 2003 ..... you bought a gun before you found a place to play!?!?!?! thats a pretty big risk dude call up local paintball fields, ask if they allow people to play. if not, ask them if they know groups that play airsoft. search on the internet, flip through your phonebook. do all you can especially since you've invested a lot of money into it. Still a helluva lot of fun Plus there was the 'coooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooool' factor when I took it to school and reassembled it one day at lunch in a velodrome across the road from school and plinked stuff in front of my friends

FSPilot 0 Posted January 13, 2003 It's really frustrating to see someone use something you can't afford in a really reckless way. You could've been shot. ... and you gun could've been confiscated.
FW200 0 Posted January 13, 2003 I'm also thinking about doing it someday.. Too bad I have to go to Belgium for it.. Here in The Netherlands almost everything is legal (softdrugs etc) but that kind of stuff isn't.. I mean... we have to play soldier sometimes dont we its good for the inner "kid".. and to try OFP tactics in real time.. Too bad there arent any V-80's or M1A1's
MrMilli 0 Posted January 13, 2003 Yes there was a recent annoyance of the Netherlands misdirecting Airsoft kit getting shipped to the UK... to a really big fire.
MrMilli 0 Posted January 13, 2003 Airsoft guns bought from HK passed though the Netherlands on the way to the UK because of an error by the courier Airsoft guns are banned in the Netherlands Hence the packages were intercepted and incinerated.
Tex -USMC- 0 Posted January 13, 2003 I'd buy an airsoft gun, but I would just end up shooting at pedestrians and neighborhood animals because I don't think there are any airsoft groups in my area. Besides, I already have an air rifle that does the job just fine
Tex -USMC- 0 Posted January 13, 2003 This chambered for 7mm is what Tex wants for next deer season. You know, for those really aggressive deer. Â
FSPilot 0 Posted January 13, 2003 right on tex some people got in an accident today over a deer (i think) i ended up driving by it, saw the unlucky doe sleeping on the side of the road (thats what i always tell myself) if you ask me, deer are more dangerous than guns
Sphinx 0 Posted January 13, 2003 Ya.. I might have to start a group.. but other than that I found a website for the Southern Cali airsoft games.. and it looks like theres a field near me that might play. Now all I need to do is save up 300 bucks to buy an AK 3 extra clips and a Sling... Also.. what are those Mac11 straps called..

It wouldn't have been confiscated, I'd have been sent to a detention centre for a while afaik
