  1. I spoke with Reserve regarding permission to work on this mod over a year ago, as he was not the original author he advised me to try and contact Snake.....Foxhound supplied me with contact information for Snake, but sadly I never received any reply to my enquiry.

    Triggers are broken?

    killzone_kid came up with a solution in a similar thread today, https://forums.bistudio.com/forums/topic/202818-trigger-issue/#comment-3164751 The bug could be caused by using the "small" UI size set in the video options, changing this to anything other than "small" apparently solves the issue.....worth a try folks.

Have to agree with krem on this one.....this persistent ground clutter problem is just plain old immersion breaking and annoying, my fear is that this far into the development cycle of the game the devs don't have a solution to fix this problem, which is a shame as the rest of the game is in great shape after yesterdays milestone update. I'm afraid my hand has been forced.....it's THAT bad.
  5. I went a step further after this update and uninstalled Arma 3, then reinstalled it, maybe you could give that a try to see if it solves your issues....futile maybe, but worth a try. There's gotta be a reason why the latest update is working for some but not for others......
  6. Again, I'm not experiencing any of these issues, I can use my mouse and scroll wheel for all these tasks, no need for arrow keys.

  8. Yes. You mean triggers are broken for you..... Have you guys verified your game cache after the update? (always recommended in the SPOTREP after a large update) After yesterdays update I even performed a fresh install of Arma 3, and i'm not seeing any of the issues that are being posted around the forum presently.

    Looks like Ravage is coping well with the new update to main branch....specifically the 64-bit exe. Just had an enjoyable couple of hours hosting a very basic Ravage MP mission locally, still getting the great performance from a well written mod, but I think the 64-bit support just seems to tighten everything up. edit....given the magnitude of the update today, i decided to perform a fresh installation of Arma 3.
  10. @strongground, you are running the latest version of CBA_A3 right?.....it's a requirement for TPW mod to function properly.
  11. Time for AI to dismount and continue on foot......aren't these hurdles to be expected on a jungle map?....it's not an manicured estate after all.
  12. Have you tried lowering the skill and precision settings of AI....
  13. @domokun....some cool suggestions there. I'd like to see these fellas turn up after a while too, especially for survival type missions, could be a great way to locate otherwise unseen fallen enemies....

    Yes. I'm not sure removing fog will "increase gameplay performance"....if anything fog will give you a few extra fps......regardless, if you want a mission without fog that would require you to de-pbo the mission file in question, open it in the Editor and set the weather parameters to your preference. It's also worth noting that Ravage uses a dynamic weather script that can be turned on or off in the Atmosphere module. Maybe you would get a quicker answer by asking the mission author himself on his SW page.

    @Willibrox, in order to get some help here it would be useful to know a few things.... Are you running any mods other than Ravage/CBA?....Could you share a link to the "escape" mission you are playing, (maybe the mission doesn't include recruitable survivors as a feature) Recruitable survivor units work 100% with the Altis demo mission that ships with Ravage, why not try the demo mission to see if your problem persists.
  17. It's possible to toggle foliage on and off within the Eden Editor (Ctrl+G).....as far as transferring that "look" into a mission @moricky stated that it can't be implemented as a fully functioning feature due to "technical reasons".......

    I haven't tested that trigger with radiations, but for a zombie free zone....it's golden.

    @zuzul and Jim....here is a zedBlacklst trigger from the latest Altis demo mission (v143) http://imgur.com/J47N12U edit......If player is playing as BLUFOR, trigger activation should be set to BLUFOR, if player is playing as Independent, trigger activation should be set to Independent, or whatever suits your needs....
  22. On the visual side of things, I have to agree with tpw, I'm still having "wow" moments during certain weather cycle transitions, those moments just after a rain shower.....just incredible. But i also agree the game could have used a longer alpha/beta phase, because that is what it feels like at the moment, although i haven't found anything that i would call "game-breaking", just a few niggles here and there...the crappy UI, (man i wish we could customize that like we can in Arma)...but i too am hopeful the developers will continue nurture and polish this rough diamond. And like tpw, i am also hooked, so much so that i just purchased the Tobii 4C eye tracker for that little extra immersion, very subtle but very awesome!

    @Stevetibb95, I just tested the Altis demo mission, using latest versions of Ravage and CBA.....fresh start, saved and resumed with zero issues. Ravage v143 downloaded from the Googledrive link on the front page. CBA downloaded from Steam. Arma 3 and required mods launched from the official Arma 3 Steam launcher. Hard to say what your issue could be, but on my end, the Altis demo mission is golden.
