Why is Bohemia not making a world war II DLC, it would sell better then APEX. I hate to install mods with low gfx.

I hope one day they add something like this in vanilla arma3, the voip now in arma3 is very bad.

They should build their own voip its just an example of whats possible. First rule of a good milsim is good communication! I hope one day they fix this mess.

Just ignore such servers and remove them from your server list.

Are there multiplayer servers for this and are they still alive?

I play and love all Arma games only arma 3 i dident like so much because of the settings, for me its more like a fiction game. The old arma games where better for me with real war themes, i still play arma 3 but prolly untill the new SQUAD game gets released. I just hope arma gets back to real time wars with Arma 4.

Its 2015 and i still have the same problem. After playing the game i need to press ctrl alt del and click once and my windows is responding/working again. Still no fix for it? System: 3770k GTX690 SSD 16GB Memory Win7 64Bit

Thx for the replys all. So this server uses baf and pcm skins, i thougth they where operation arrowhead skins. Ok i am installing ARMA II: British Armed Forces and ARMA II: Private Military Company from steam atm. Greetz

I play arma2 combined operations with very high settings and still i have low textures is this normal? Or do i need to install some mods to get higher soldier textures? Where can i find a tutorial to install mods on arma2 and operation arrowhead ? (steam version, combined operations) I play this game alot but i never installed a mod on arma2 so this will be my first mod :)

I have my solution and now i can play arma again and not jumping to my desktop with the memory error  Dont blame arma for this error , most games with big maps and high mem usage with vista have this problem , vista bug. Maybe this bug will be fixed in SP1 , lets hope . This fix is mostly for high memory systems en 8800 cards systems I am using this fix for BF2 and BF2142 to. It fixes fps , stuttering , desktop , bsod , ... bugs Spread this fix around till vista fix this It changes the md5 line mem 2048 in your arma.exe I think the problem starts with systems more then 2gb memory NOW I CAN PLAY EVERYTHING ON HIGH SETTINGS My system: - Vista Ultimate 64Bit - QX6700 @ 3.2Ghz 1164Mhz FSB - MSI P965 NEO2 FI - 4 GB DDR2 SDRAM - MSI NX8800GTX OC - 3 x 250GB ATA - Antec Trio Power 650W - Arma (downloaded version sprocket) Protection Technology, Ltd. STARFORCE The FIX  (You'll need to be an Administrator) First, you'll need to grab and install Visual Studio C++ Express from Microsoft. It's free so don't worry. Once installed, you'll need to update it, also make sure u have latest game patch installed. Backup the arma.exe file, just in case. ( copy and paste it ) Now, click Start ->Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition ->Visual Studio Tools ->Visual Studio 2005 Command Prompt (dont left click on VS 2005 command prompt though, right click on it and then click "Run as Administrator" **If you dont run it as Administrator the fix will not work** Then, once the black Command Prompt box is open, navigate to your battlefield 2 directory. thats not a memory error try using 1280 resolution , nvidia drivers are all beta
