Hey there,

I could need a little helb about the German sign pack.

I made a Folder "@Deutschland1\addons\kpfs_config" and another folder "@Deutschland2\addons\kpfs_sign"

Then I started ArmA 2 OA with ArmA Launcher and in the right corner there is the sign, that "@Deutschland1" and "Dautschland2" have been loading to the game.

Now I placed a car in the editor in Novy Sobor and other big citys, but nothing changed.

There are no german signs anywhere.

Do I have to place the folder with the kpfs_config anywhere else or must I place the german signs by myself?

Great improvements on the textures! Especially the yellow telephone booth and post-box.

...and the next update is coming

German Sign Pack 1.4 is out. See first post. New pictures also uploaded. The cars only presents the era and not by me or included in the pack.

- pedistrian crossing signs added

- some rvmats bugs fixed

Currently I'm working on these guy for modern german Bundespolizei (Federal Police of Germany former BGS) At the time they are presented on many places in Germany with kevlar west and MP5 submachinegun. The new version of the BGS pack will be also included

- policeman with basecap, officer cap with white top and beret

Very good so far, both on the P88 WIP and Federal Policemen. I'm not sure if it's my computer screen, but the uniform still looks a bit high saturated.

here some new impressions of some future items for my addon packs. The weapons will be outsourced as standalone pack because I had made so much and it is fortunatly for both (BGS & police) packs

Today I release the first version of my German Barracks Pack for ArmA II.

Please report bugs here in the forum. I know the texture maps are not perfect and the vehicle hall is the only walkable building.

I've got several messages popping up in the editor and in the RPT file each time I place an infantryman.

Warning Message: Cannot load texture kpfs_bw\data\portrait\bh_officer_ca.paa

So nice to see walls and buildings I would love to find buildings large enough for indoor rescues with close quarter fighting

Say Marseille, I'm pretty sure you've seen Buffalo Soldiers. Think you could do barracks similar to those in the movie? (US barracks in Germany)

PS: Plus, isn't there a typo in your mod's logo...

No, I didn't seen him. It's the movie with Joaquin Phoenix & Ed Harris. i want to see him but I've forgotten the title for years after I had read about it. The template for my pack was the German Briesenkaserne in Flensburg were I grew up in the 1980's. In these barracks the USA had also troops in form of artillery installed.

No, it means GERman ArMA MODification (or GERMan Assault). Thats an artificial name inspired by the abr. of Armed Assault with Germany

I haven't concerned with Warfare so much. We will see... The Addon were released because the BWMod had stop they work and I was afraid about the fact that nobody has some interest in the future anymore for this. Edited by Marseille77

Hi, I downloaded the German Sign Pack and in the editor I'm getting a warning:

no entry 'bin\config-bin/CfgVehicleClasses.KPFS_OBJECTS_GDR'.

Also I'm not getting some signs like, sign#267, 142. I'm not sure if in the editor they are listed with different names or what.

EDIT: Ok, i figure it out the signs. Some are indeed named differently in the editor from the files. But I still get the warning:
