Seems to be working, thx. But I still don't get how to create this six-updater.yml except to do:

• Run the Six Updater launcher from StartMenu/Desktop.
  
  • Vista/7 UAC users: Please run the application "As Administrator" (Right click)
    
  • Please make sure you are not running multiple instances of the applications! Stop all other instances first.
    

  [*]Enter "1" and press Enter. (This will also update the application, when updates are available)

But it just doesn't work and it doesn't listen on localhost to proceed to next steps.

Will this mod be updated through yoma addon sync in future?

We provide the public with the announced distribution methods.

What happens beyond that, is entirely up to everyone.

I've seen http / ftp and addonsync links flying by..

Altough I would bet largely that once people have adjusted to the idea, they will come to see the potential of the marvelous piece of technology we are deploying ;)

Please try running the updater again, otherwise please delete @CBA folder under your ArmA install folder and run the Updater again, it will repair.

Tested a quickie where i checked some gear out. Amazing...!!! Sounds are great and the functions so far plus gear does - yet again - not disapoint. Cant wait to start playing seriously with it. I noticed there was wind(?) but couldnt compensate on the TAC50 for it. Guessing it comes later.

Create a new entry in the Config>Settings for that folder and a new preset and it will download to that location if you link both and if you install/update that new preset.

the mirror i put up on page 5 post 41 has changed IP due to the masses of people connecting to it and its BW usage

Did you set up a new preset and add the cba,ace & acex mods to it? Seems you forgot to add the mods on the preset screen ;)
