The map sounds very nice, though i haven't downloaded it yet because of the annoying industrial buzzing sounds on other maps, as soon as there is a fix for the sounds i will download it :)

And wastelander, nice to see someone else from Queensland, Do you Watch State of Origin? PM me

Map is amazing, thanks for update. Only issue I have (Like others) is the ambient wind sound on every map, and it really sounds out of place on maps like Duala and the numerous Desert/African style maps.

To ambient sounds problem:

I have some news, i will try some more test, but i think, i did it working properly, so, propably will be here some hotfix :rolleyes: :D

the music is amazing, did you make it yourself?

the menu with the music and the map in the background really makes me wanna play it!

as for the island itself i like the grayness and ''hostility'' of its environment, though the snow looks weird. i bet it must be hard to make a snow map on a game based on chernarus altogether a job well done

Thanks :) my next map will be also little snowy, but again combination like on Namalsk, but much better and based on real location .)

And the music is not created by me, it is from Tomb Raider Movie, track The Letter by Graeme Revell (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsbxOtviGtk).

Cool, try also AII Laboratory module, because then will be underground not that empty like on video ;)

Got the lab module to work. :yay: Uploading new video now. :)

Unable to get the triggers working on radio to adjust lights using radio channels and init line? :confused:

I noticed there are two tunnel entrances in the south-west of the map, so I travelled there and found both entrances are blocked, I cann't get in.........

And check also, if your mission is in nighttime ;)

You mean tunnels for railroad? These tunnel are destroyed, you can see only some old entrances...

Hmmm now i did have mission on daytime so maybe that is the problem?

Just checked, DOH!! setting to night time helped :-)

Also noticed AI can walk through objects underground?

I placed a few civs and tried to get them to walk around but...

Lightpoints dont have much effect in daytime, so, lights are prepared for some nighttime missions :p

You can play with on / off and create some scary moment :rolleyes: :D

AI, yes, that is little problem, i try to increase AI abilities on AII object and in underground, but, i can't promise, that everything will work.. i think, it will be ready in 1.0 release of Nightstalkers: Shadow of Namalsk modification. ;)

Hey Guys,

Just Downloaded the map and extracted and what not.

Then I went to play it and i could get into the editor screen

but when I placed a unit and clicked preview the game just crashed

to the desktop.

Any Ideas on how to solve the problem or does the island conflict with any other mods?

No problems over here. In any case you should run it from a seperate MOD folder.

What Mods are you running?
