Yes, i know, whole underground object is still in development phase there will be next floor and then i can make paths for AI ;) This and more improvements will be contained in Nightstalkers: Shadow of Namalsk modification (release January, February 2010- i hope :D)

please forgive me but ive hopelessly tried for like at least an hour of searching and trying to fix this install. forgive my ignorance please....everytime i install this map it crashes when loading the game at the main menu. any help would be greatly appreciated. shortcut is as follows -mod=@Namalsk the folder is in root directory with another folder called addons in it where all the Pbos are.

Are you using FPS saver or any other map changing mod? If so, thats your problem.

Sorry last time me bugging for now. :D

It would improve updating a lot, if you were to split your addons more into

config, model and texture container.

MoveObject from mikero allows you to easily mass repath inside p3d/rvmat/wrp.

Yep, i try to make some another pbo's (for example sounds and music), that would be good for ns.pbo, which is huge, because there are music tracks, sounds.. but, still, most space in ns.pbo takes models and textures, same case is ns2.pbo :rolleyes: maybe i can also make misc pbo :)

Just one question: is it just me, and my setup, that find these types of "weeds" impassable?

:p yep, another islands projects are in development, but, for now, my main project is the Nightstalkers: Shadow of Namalsk modification, if i complete this mod, then i can start work on another smaller projects (2 maps :))

Yep, you can't go through them. When I played in this island for the first time I got stuck a couple of times...but I think you can step over them, dunno

You can fix that empty triangle thing. You have selected the wrong settings from the visitor, too small texture size I bet.

I can't fix this, because i can't change to proper value in my visitor project, the smallest value is 50.0mx50.0m and i need maybe 40.0mx40.0m..

ns_patch.pbo is definitely incorrectly signed in version 1.01. According to DSCheckSignatures.

Namalsk, version 1.02

Changelog and details:

* Fixed

- Bad detailed coordinates on map (missing one "0" in config, in grid format :D)

- Tweaked positions of some objects.

These models are still in development progress - final version will be avaible in February 2010.

So ..this is patch for namalsk.pbo, that mean, that models are still same version (reason - size of pbo's ns.pbo and ns2.pbo).

You can easilly update Namalsk, missions made on this island will be still fine.

Installation:

Extract files (namalsk.pbo, namalsk.pbo.NST.bisign, ns_patch.pbo, ns_patch.pbo.NST.bisign) into Nightstalkers\Addons\ folder or just into the Addons folder, where is Namalsk located.

For this patch, you dont need previous patch, you can apply directly on Namalsk version 1.0 or you can just update version 1.01 to 1.02 of course :)

This is a great island Sumrak! Is it possible to make the big tower blocks in the city stronger? One pipebomb brings down the whole building and you are left with floating ladders.
