BlackOps and desert mercs

Would it be possible to, on the next release, have one of the black ops merc without any head gear and a balaclava and one without a hat or helmet at all? That would rock!!!! thanks.

Hey Schnapps,I hope you'll return soon to this project,I'm still using your last version and it's very good,so good that the woodland mercs and black ops are used in many of my missions.

I think Arma 2 needs more generic spec ops,mercs,pmcs for more variety in missions.

Sorry for the delay, but real life keeps me so busy, I don't even have the

time to play Arma2, all I do is work on addons for it...

But finally, the long awaited UPDATE is here:

added Navy SEALs

added US Army Soldiers

added groups for US Army Soldiers, Navy SEALs, Desert SOF and Taliban

added combat diver

added new berets

fixed some textures

n00b question I guess, I downloaded it, made a mod directory, loaded it up, I see taliban and the rest there, but when I place the unit in the editor and preview the game, the guy comes out looking like a civilian. any reason why ?

EDIT: hmm everything else works, black ops, navy seals, just the terrorists come up looking like normal civ, ive got all other addons turned off.

You know, with all the Navy SEALs and terrorists and US Army soldiers and everything, you could just rename this "Schnapsdrosel's Unit Pack"

Amazing work, i love them all! If someone rates this as "Bad", well then fk them, everyone else (myself included BIG TIME) loves them!

Do you mean when used as non-player AI, or as player? I haven't updated yet for MP reasons, but to make the player look like a terrorist you have to use the setidentity command.

use this command:

this setface "Merc_Face1";

the name of the face should be something between Merc_Face25 - Merc_Face31,

I'm not at my regular pc right now, so I can't check which one is the exact number,

guess you'll have to try it out ;)

Merc_Face1 green balaclava

Merc_Face2 black balaclava closed mouth

Merc_Face3 black balaclava open mouth

Merc_Face16 red balaclava

Merc_Face17 black balaclava

Merc_Face25 kid lookin face

Merc_Face26 old man lookin face

Merc_Face27 yellow balaclava

Merc_Face29 Skull balaclava "badass"

The rest are just faces. Hope this helps.
