NSX 8 Posted March 5, 2008 2maza94 Begone, comrade spammer. I thought it was clearly stated that this is thread is about PROJECT'85. All other question should be in Vilas' addons thread.
Col. Faulkner 0 Posted March 5, 2008 If he fires that RPG he isn't going to be at all popular with the two guys behind him! Who are they meant to be? Naval infantry, KGB border guards, motorized rifles, airborne...?
NSX 8 Posted March 5, 2008 @Col. Faulkner Oh, unfortunately they aren't KGB deathmen, but they are motorized infantry riflemen in general masking suits. However, don't want to disappoint you, but motorized rifles still weren't accepted those times. Â

Shadow NX 1 Posted March 6, 2008 Kris @ Mar. 06 2008,13:15)]Dr Project'85, I sent Vilas a pm about something to do with the helping out i would like to know if i had needed to send it to someone maybe? Or is Vilas the Leader of this awesome Project. Thank you. Kris Well as Vilas does this as a hobby it cant always have the top priority, so maybe he just didnt red the pm yet or didnt had time to answer. Feel free to send me the same PM, chances for a quick answer are higher that way.
Supernova 0 Posted March 6, 2008 Shouldn't the BMP-1 be the BMP-1P and not with Malyutka launcher? likewise with BMD-1 http://otvaga.vif2.ru/Otvaga/armour-rus-bmp1/a_bmp1p.htm http://rusarmy.ru/unit.php?id=3 Edit:if this BMP-1 is for Warsaw pact units then thats ok. vilas 477 Posted March 6, 2008 Polish army used BMP-1 and i thought this is only BMP-1 variant (i know about recon vehicle BVR but it is not made to game) so i even had no idea about BMP-1 "P" ? maybe it is Soviet variant like difference T72A and M (in other countries)
Supernova 0 Posted March 6, 2008 It was modernization programme for both BMD-1 and BMP-1 where they had their Malyutka's removed and replaced with Konkurs (most often with Konkurs) or Fagot. The only Warsaw Pact user of the BMP-1P was the NVA. Yes VILAS LWP used the BWP-1 Edit: here you can see in service BMD-1P's http://pilot.strizhi.info/2007/05/02/3236#more-3236 http://pilot.strizhi.info/2007/05/02/3211#more-3211 Photos are from Pskov 76 VDV. Onebitlink 0 Posted March 6, 2008 You know the main turret on that tank, on the left hand side of it theres like another big hole of a second turret, does that fire like special shells or somthing? Also why arent those little squares all over the tank too?
Thunderbird 0 Posted March 6, 2008 Quote[/b] ]Really nice website! Thanks. Quote[/b] ]Maybe you could add a little section with your addons and their progress status; like on the website of Fakland MOD for OFP. Yes, the section is ready but I think it would be better to keep it unreleased until we will ascertain and confirm the data that will be available within the Final Pack, as there are tons of daily additions, enhancements and modifications. Thank you for the interest and suggestions, though. And again, nice shots Ingram and NSX. Regards, TB

First question NO its the IR searchlight. Second question no they shouldnt be over all the tank. There is usually a defined limit or standard as to how many Kontakt-1 blocks there should be on a tank. Those little squares are ERA btw and the tank is the T-80BV. @NSXr: Looking at that screenshot of the T-80BV and listening to Cold: End of the World made that screenshot almost come to life.
