Hi, yep its a great island ,love the atmosphere that makes you indeed scared to run around,you expect some monsters to jump from behind the bushes, makes you forget you play arma and not oblivion or fallout3, keep it up guys!

In folder "Sarmat Man" and "Volumetric fog" you can found

-Soldiers Klurs (author Smersh)

-Civilian Klurs (author Smersh)

-Volumetric fog (ACE-team)

Its just *.pbo file, Put them to @Klurs\Addons

Simply stunning! I had alot of fun just running around in there! I was looking for the vault, but couldnt find it. Anyone got cordinates? :D

On island you can find hidden, interesting places

Just Search :D

Search for it near to Dead Plains :))

such an immersive post apocalyptic island! I think after walking on it, i cought cold.

dead plains are ... bones, destroyed vehicles... jezus, that's a scary place.

although it would be scary even more if there would be some dark tunnels, holes in that mountainous terain, some secrect underground facilities...

/me immagines the day arma2 arives, this island is ported in it and newcomers to arma2 sh*tting in their pants. Oh boy, i want some missions for this island, i want to strugle to survive in such an atmosphere.

BTW, deadplains needs some louder really scary music.

all in all great mod!

gone to Klurs again, search for secret places...

This is really beautiful. Great atmosphere this Island. Tried it with different time settings simply awesome.

My congrats outstanding work. Confirm that roadways are slowing down vehicles. For the rest it seems really great.

Missing some towns though. I mean by that maybe using some ruin models would increase the postwar feeling you have.

just visited fallen or downed bird place in wetlands :)

found vault somewhere near dead plains :P

oh boy, so many unheard places to visit.

btw, do we have a zombie mod? you know some ideas can't get away... :rolleyes:

Dead Bird really rocks! I have to find the vault now :D Outstanding job, but ehhh a music as a enviromental sound effect?

This is a kind of very good betta -

After i took some screenshots - i had the inspiration to write a kind of story for them :)

(As unofficial teaser to upcomming fights in ArmA II, and to give the Klurs Shtraf-Colony a story for "Cold War" style fights ahead!)

Do i need to do some special settings?

The map crash with me with the following error:

Cannot create system memory surface 1555,96x96 (size 24576 B)

Error code 8876086c

Is this the famous "ATI's texture bug" ?

Has anyone had trouble with the units that accompany the map to work with ACE? With ACE, they're simply not available in the editor. Without ACE, they are. Any ideas?
