Now RACS has equipment for big infantrylandings with airsupport^^. *RocknRoll*

Only the F-16 TankBuster causes a graphicbug under the wings.. so I guess the Modell of the TankBuster indicates this.

So now I will stay tuned for the next stuff you bring...

you seem to be the only one with this issue. Can you please tell me your settings maybee we can duplicate it on our end to solve the problems.

After a bit of testing the AA missiles can target tanks aswell as aircraft fine. Still can't get the AT rockets or bombs to target anything (vehicles or laser targets). I found the graphics bug on the f-16 tank buster is caused by the maverick model (or texture), this is why its fine when looking from the cockpit or when you use all the rockets.

Settings:

viewdistance 2000m

Res: 1024x768 @ 60hz

All other settings are on low

don't know if i answered before but in case i didn't just to say that the mirage and the etendard are super great planes , the kind of stuff we was missing for the racs army, just beautiful. I don't installed the f-16 though , nice plane but i don't think racs should have american planes. For my part waiting forward your next releases  

I don't know why people keep saying that. Are people blind? BIS made RACS with almost entirely American equipment so there is nothing wrong with giving them American planes. Granted some nations like Egypt use a mixture of European and American Aircraft, but generally most countries use Either European aircraft, American aircraft, or Eastern European aircraft rather then mixing.

With that said, I agree with the RACS mod in making a mixture as it gives mission makers the option of choosing what they want to include in missions. The more choices the better.

So it's all good. Personally I like all the planes regardless of who makes them. Nothing like blasting exocets into ships.

Wld427- Sorry I haven't tested everything extensively...I've been so busy with my own mod that I haven't had much time to test anthing else even though I downloaded all your mod's stuff.

I'll try give them a good combat test this evening.

Hi, i personaly find the F16 "too expensive" for a place like Sahrani

or South Sahrani; but it looks good, it flyes good and it shoots good

so for me... it's a great addon; even when i haven't tested it very

much too, but i like it. For the Super Etendart... i hate 'em, so that

trash will never touch my HD no matters how well do it be made.

But... if someone here will take the time of make a über pimp Sandy

(A1 Skyrider) that's something that i'll test and use almost every

time that i'll open up the ArmA's editor for sure. I think that will fit

better in the budget of such small place as South Sahrani and will

cover well all the required roles unless the offshore CAP missions,

but for ACR and CAS will be the perfect plane. Let's C ya

this is exclusively a matter of personal taste. i prefer a RAC army with only european weapons to add some variety to the game, its a little repetitive if we have the same weapons for all parts in the game, so i decided to build a rac army with west european weapons , a usa army with american weapons , and a SLA army with russian and east european weapons . But you can build your game as you wish

I tried to fly Mirage with no useraddon,but I couldn't lock target.This issue seems peculiar to RACSs AS30L,JSOW,JDAM and Exocet.JSOW with another addon works well.My AI shots AS30L and hit it on T72.So it's also peculiar to player.

Fair enough. That's why I don't mind the diversity the RACS mods makes in weapons. But I also am a big supporter of European mods so that we have more diversity in weapons. I really hope more people help out with the BWMod for example.

That mod is too awesome to allow to die. The OFrP mod has always done a great job and I look forward to more of their releases...although I hope that they allow other mods to use some of their models used by tons of countries like the Gazelle and Puma helicopters and some of their Mirages.

Hi, the RACS needs too cargo choppers, and one could be the MMP's

OFP Sikorsky CH-37 Mojave, from Nam i think, i doubt that it had

seen the 80's... but if im not wrong, the MMP's model used a very

ArmA's compatible construction way, 3 large textures or so and

a few ones for the cockpit's interior. "Shouldn't be that hard" to

pass it to the ArmA and make the Specular Maps, with a cargo

script that allows to transport a land rover and a 8 men team, will

really serve for the RACS and will bring back one of the best air

addons made for the OFP; i'll like to see it flying again, and the army's

green version should be that hard to paint in the RACS colours, it's

just a simple PS playing with the CTRL+B. Let's C ya

Well the only reason I have started building missions as the RACS are the release of your addons. Finally they have their own jets for air support. I made up a quick mission where the RACS assault Cayo with 3 squads and a Platoon of M60 tanks against a SLA force of 3 T72's and 5 squads of infantry. Later on a platoon of T72's come to reinforce Cayo and that's when you call in the RACS air force to obliterate those tanks. Very fun, especially with FFN when you give the RACS mortars.

I also made a mission you are a F16 Tank Buster pilot and have to scramble up into the air to pick off SLA tanks that have crossed the border.

I think I've said it before, but I love these addons.

As soon as I work out how to make a small camera trigger, I'll take some screenshots of some of the aircraft in action.

However, is there any chance that we'll see the BE-32s soon?

New DEFA 552 cannon made by FA Dalai Lamar, updated pylon textures, and added bomber version!

Also fixed that nasty texture bug on the f-16 tank buster.

thanks for all the suppirt gents! Please if you have a loadout type request do nto be afraid to ask. Changing loadouts on existing airgraft really is not that hard one the addon is done.

Also cluster bombs and napalm are in the works but we want to avoid anything that script intensive to keep performance up. Links updated in first post!
