wipman 1 Posted November 30, 2007 Hi, the 5 weapons that i've until now are those that some of us feel that we need in the field, that are: - M4A1 Aimpoint - M4A1 Aimpoint M203 - M4A1 Aimpoint M203(SD) - M4A1 CQB - M4A1 CQB(SD) All this variants have the BIS M16A4 AN-PEQII on the side, and i don't think that we need more, but maybe a M4A1-M203 iron sighted could be usefull too. All this weapons should use the BIS ammo and have Single and Full Auto fire modes only. That's what i'll like; but i don't know if i gonna get it. wipman 1 Posted November 30, 2007 Hi, now im working on assemble two M16A4's, one Aimpoint sighted and another with an Aimpoint and a M203; i think that will be a good idea to add 'em in the same .pbo than the M4's, so we'll bring the players the M4A1's and M16A4's Aimpoint sighted that BIS didn't gave us in first place. I need someone that check out the models for if i did something wrong or to fix or add the things that i can do/fix; and a config writter to put this guns in game. wipman 1 Posted December 1, 2007 Hi, i've already though on that Stewy, i've also been thinking a bit in add an ACOG or now that Frandsen has released a M113-A2 with a Elcan sight model... i've though a bit in ask him and add the Elcan to the M240B; but then i should make those in a separate pack, of MG's; but first i need to end the M4's+M16A4's pack and i'll think in what to do next. wipman 1 Posted December 1, 2007 Hi, after ask to a good advisor... i've to retouch (alot) all the models that i though that were almost ready for a config, i've to put the AN-PEQ2 in all the models, in the upper rail instead let it in the right rail; unless in the M16A4's, plus move the covers of the Aimpoint sight in all the M4A1 models; to make 'em look like more or less like this: only the M4CQB-(SD) gonna have the pressure pad for the AN-PEQ2. nephilim 0 Posted December 1, 2007 well then redo the lightning in oxygen with smooth and sharp edges?.... and whats so "beautiful" about these weapons??... theyre just kitbashed BIS weapons it seems at first glance.. you could at least make some new scope or different gl. a normal map that doesnt make the detailes look like chiseld out with a  jackhammer.. honestly fail to see the beautines/awesome factor in such things... @AimPoint not sure if you made that rifle but that m203 in your pic has the markings sticking out. they should face inward. same as the rivets on the magazine. i wonder when the first people here will use hi poly models to get their normal maps.. and not just poopy photochop generated junk thats just good for scratches ... wipman 1 Posted December 1, 2007 Hi, i gonna try to do too a M4A1 ACOG and supressed version, yes; im using the BIS models brought to us by Snyde, and the BIS default textures too. Some people don't know it and think that im "an addons maker" or something... but im not, im not even a texturer; im just a player that have the photoshop. And there're some weapons that we should have but we don't, like an M4A1 Acog + M203 (SD) for example. I wish that someone better than me could take this assembled models and finnish 'em today or tomorrow for me plus write the config. But that don't gonna happen, and not only because some luckless had been talking about me at my back in the Zeus servers from the OFP days; i guess that i should learn more english to at least understand what "the hell" the tutorials say so i could do this kind of things by myself without the need of a help that never or rarely comes, for me or for others. You might try asking one of the original OFP.info guys, they seemed to be in email contact with him when he was last active. He hasn't posted since 05 though. The Santini Air jetranger was just a repaint of martins jetranger. I'm of the opinion that, if you make a fair effort to contact him, and cannot, then releasing them isn't a big deal.
