You're right. The Internet says nothing about polymere stocks but i have once seen a VSS with a Black one. Must have been colored Wood or something. Anyway... I liked it.

yea ive seen different colored stocks of the val.

it seems they arent coated very uniform.

seen one that was maroon colored and another one in a bright honeytone with darker areas here and there.

Ive started on a AK-74M yesterday

and the worst parts are already done just need to model the stock and the muzzle which will take today´s eve so maybe itll be done until this weekend with uv´s and mapping

Your preaching to the choir I think. I agree, 2-3 full done weapons, with multiple view lods to shadow lods to fine texture usage, is much better than 20-30 done only partly, but thats another debate. Just from the looks so far, this one will be a keeper for a long time. Outstanding.

I didn't. I also said I WILL love his pack when it comes out. I would rather he didn't have one HUGE pack that will only be out there when every single item is done rather than release it in "packs". His OFP pack was nice, but so big and while nicely done, only partly done as far as lods go. At least the one I had. Nothing wrong with his pack at all, just too big to be reasonably manageable by 1 person, but thats just my opinion.

Do you need better pics of the POSP scope? If you ever need good picks of Russian optics, let me know, I sell Russian scopes on the internet, so I have a good collection. I also have some of Russian night vision optics and most of the Amercan night vision equipment too. Let me know if I can help.

but just because im making a vss and other russian weapons it doesnt mean its influenced by stalker....
