due some new material the ak74m will be available eventually by the end of september.

this will include :

ak74m

ak74m foldable steel stock (aks74m? lol ..)

gp30 with vog25/vog25p

ekps08 kobra red dot collimator

1p29 standart issue sight

eventually 1pn51 if i find the time if not itll be added via update.

also the vss/val will get scrapped and redone entirely.

i recently found and received severl first hand pictures of these rifles showing these had several issues.

ill therefore will postpone the vss/val for the sake of accuracy

itll just do good and they will definately look better

i promise

aside from that i struggle which rifle to make next.

I would vote for the OTs-14 Groza, since you dont see it so often as the other ones (as addon`s, i mean). And if you make it, i know it will be nearly as having the real steel

yes the OTs-14 is not really modeled enough in ArmA/OFP if at all (what is the difference between it and the TKB-0293?). Although the SV-98 is more in actual use in Russia than OTs-14 I think?. Hell if they are of the same quality as ur AKs then any one of those in the list is good.

A decent Groza in M1943 and 9x39 would be nice. SVDS / SVDK could wait IMHO even though I like the SVD more than the groza the groza needs it's time to shine. SVDK would be nice though.

i dont use oxygen for mapping nor modeling anymore

its very rudimentary and very slow for these tasks

there are far better tools that can handle UV mapping ALOT better

rudimentary, maybe.  I would say "there are far more complicated tools that can handle UV mapping with a lot more buttons"

the front latch, currently there is nothing for the folding stock to lock on to when folded. other than that these models rock. cept for the lack of the ak-105's

@earl. yes but i think other tools are more convenient in that case. but once you get the spin with oxygen its pretty easy, tho it takes longer, but thats just me

i havent planned that model since it would incorporate making a new barrel.

eventually i do the new ak9 which has very little appearance changes to the ak74m

they arent the latest tho. ive changed some parts of the normal maps but didnt had the time to render it

i still need to tweak the material right now i think the steel looks a bit too matt compared to what ive seen.

to bad arma doesnt use surface roughness materials.
