Preparing for a demonstration, a RACS officer speaks with the pilot of Red 31.

Blue 70, equipped with 800 liter fuel tanks, a pair of UB32M rocket pods, a couple of R-60M missiles, and a KKR photographic reconnaissance pod, awaits permission to takeoff from runway 9 east.

Red 31, reequipped for extended ground attack, makes an attack run with S-5M rockets.

Blue 70 reconfigured with FAB250 bombs and rocket pods on the outermost hard points, drops a pair of bombs on the target range.

Red 31 at the end of the day's demonstration. A RACS AH-6 is visible in the background, as is the tail of a Mi-17. Soviet demonstrators hope to sell the Mi-17 and Su-22M4 aircraft to the small country in place of limited western equipment.
