It's really good and everything, but there are no Lance Corporals in the Army  

Well, seeing as someone in our beloved BIKI (yes, I searched it) suggested that the US troops are Marines, and seeing as we only got the AH1 (USMC, Army has Apaches), and the AV8, the US forces can likely be marines, who does have the rank of Lance Corporal.

The wierd thing is though, Marines doesn't use ACU

It's some kind of mix, I'm not sure if it's BIS who're just playing around or just lack of knowledge.

Or boredome.. Who knows?

It's explained in the campaign why some of the Air units are Marines. They are Army soldiers with Army weapons, Army equipment, Army unit insignia, ad infintium. Furthermore, Marines don't use Stryker, that's what they have LAVs for. For Army air units, Blackhawks and Little Birds are added.

In the campaign, Marine air units arrive as reinforcement for the Army ground troops.

Yeah, I know, and I would much rather see a well-made authentic British soldier rather than a color change. Brits definitely deserve more love than they recieved in OFp.

As has been said. The 16AA is based on a British rank system which they apply in any game they're in.. with whatever is available.

I couldn't find a topic which answers my question, so thereby I ask it in here:

How can I make a camera (camera.sqs?) to STICK with a unit, for example a flying helicopter ?

I do NOT mean that the camera focusses on a unit (done by Fire-button). What I mean is how can I make the camera like the Commanding view (Del on Numpad), only without all the info on the screen....?

Sounds good - however, because the video has been compressed a lot it is difficult to see the lips moving :/

Did you make the lips move by sending out tons of radio messages? Or in some other way?

yea you can see the lips move properly in the uncompressed version,it's 105mb though...used scripts to make their lips move with the speech (speech.sqs, .lip files and .ogg)

Its just one trigger and the sound file. So if you have the sound file "so1" you then make a .lip file (using a free converter) also called "so1". You put both files in the mission folder and activate it in the trigger using:

man say "so1"

....

doh,soz about the post before,i forgot about this one here.

Ok,had to test vista running premiere video suite,so i needed a quick little project.

here it is

using the new alpha9 uk swat (yeh i know not real swat looking ) troops

for one,i didnt wanna spend a life time on working out voice to lip sinc,

so i have used 3rd person views for the one thats talking.

Remember to set your google player to 100% instead of default fit screen for a bit more quality.
