Does the arena system script check if the vehicle is alive ?

While testing the anti missile system of the T80UM1 by attacking it with an AH1 i noticed that even after destroying the T80 and killing the running away crew, locking the destroyed vehicle and firing missiles (TOW or FFAR) continue to activate the script and its noisy alarm.

Could some1 please check out the issue i raised about the t55's?

I think that maybe some scripts were either changed or the path was changed, I am looking into it, but I would like to know if it is just me with the prob.

i remember back when the t-55 pack came i had some problems with some t-55 or t.-64 that was making my ofp don't want to start a mission with that special tank in it. I'll check tomorow wich tank it was. smile_o.gif

Hey This pack was a masterpiece...LOVE IT...It really was what I have been waiting for for months...years....Great job...Any chance of a non-Llama head versions for the crews so they match the Motorized Infantry? Thank you!

I'm not an addon making expert or something but I can NOT what is wrong with those pictures ?

The original post was about these bit edgy rings inside the wheel that cover a extreme ugly stretched and bad looking texture on that part...

Hi all

I fixed the problem i was having with the T55's not working correctly since the new RHS_Misc file (no barrel recoil, muzzle blast and discarded shell)

There were a couple of lines missing from one of the files in misc that I fixed, the RAE_init.sqs to be exact.

Now i have t55 and t80's restoring red order together pistols.gif

I found a BUG {i think}

Take one of your T-80's and drive it over a mine. the tank is destroyed but with no explosion. jus tturns black. that what happens to me. BuT !!! my special effects in the setting is on 32x32. mybe someone with more ratiot [64x64] will get an explosion. can some1 check it out ?

Wow, really amazing stuff you brougth to us!

Two really minor bug reports I want to give:

1) the tracers from especially the PKT machine gun do not impact at the same position like the bullets. That means tracers a useless to follow the bullets into target. Just test it on a distance of about 500 metres.

2) You added tracers to the machine guns 1:3. But all rounds have this small standard tracers (green). Maybe you could remove the standard tracers from the machine guns, so that there will remain only your custom tracer every third round?

Well, the 1st point might be intentional. Afaik tracers in real life, as they differ from standard bullets in their construction a bit, don't have identical ballistics with normal rounds. Haven't tested so can't say if the "mislead" is overdone.

instead of making these releases why dont u focus on releasing such vehicles such as the Pantsir S2 , BMP-T , and BTR-90 Rostock ?

Why should they? Because you want it..mwhaha rofl.gif

You fail to see the fact that RHS more or less took years (taking their former work in account) to develop these addons.

Demanding other addons just shortly before ArmA´s release is just mindless.

You should be happy about what you get and that´s it .. i´m back to the kitchen cookin some soups for Shadow so he get´s well soon goodnight.gif

The soldiers were made in a relative short time also some vehicles, think we have to thank Inquisitor most for his maniac like modelling edits, sometimes scary how quick he can build something new from what he has.

Also a big part of this release week belongs to Kyle Sarnik who finally allowed us to fix up some things or simply add new stuff.

@mp_phonix i got the tanks to explode when driving over mines, i used original bis anti tank mines. Im thinking some russian enginers clearing a path for some tanks and another team will be the one putting out mines and other types of defence against the russian tanks and motorizd , mehcanized infantery. pistols.gif

Maybe i can get it started in the weekend but i have a special release soonish , featuring motorized infantery and the hinds.. smile_o.gif

Something I've noticed is ...when using the moveingunner and saving as a multiplayer mission,the gunners jump out of the tanks.This is a problem when you want to attach a squad to escort the tanks and still have them controlable(the tank) by adding 2 of your own men.What I mean here is...I attach a squad to the gunner,put him in the tank then add my 2 guys as commander and driver,...anywhere I send my tank commander, a squad follows along with them.Allows you to control a larger force.Be nice if this could be fixed.BTW this is under FFUR2006 and the t-80um tanks in it don't have this problem.
