I ask this 'cos by international law all ships\boats must have them (same as in planes), here where i live even the smallest outboard engine fishing boat has them That would be great! like the flashing blue siren on the MMP Unimog! colonel_klink 0 Posted February 4, 2004 I'm working on a navigation system that will allow a course to be plotted for the boat driver/player. But when I put myself as the player in cargo in the boats, I get a weird view of the deck in First Person View. Has anyone else experienced this? BTW, I love the small animations like the cup of coffee, doors and floats that this boat has.... It's a very very good addon.. for a beta as well. Great work. This was caused by a remnant of the earlier version I had made that used transparent paas for the rigging. I thought I had removed them all but a couple of lods on a model slipped through. I only implemented the script I did not write it. The seagulls flying was for effect, not a simulation of actual seagull behaviour. If it can be done I will implement it in the next release. I like very much how those orange ballons on the back of the cabin swing when the boat is moving, sweet little detail - just like the interior of the cabins, etc. One can clearly see that you have too much spare time (and thanks for that! ). There's two things you could add: first give each of the boats a different unit picture in the commanders team list (they all have the same name listed there). And, it would be great to have boats and seagulls listed in one cathegory in the editor. 'CWK Sea' seems great for the 'gulls, too - although I understand that they were meant for your island originally. If this is just a beta, I cant wait to see the final version. BTW... is there a way to turn off the gulls? Lights: Yep will implement them in the next release. I had intended to with this release, but for some reason this slipped by me. Seagulls: An on/off feature could be implemented in the next release. The only problem have with that is that at the moment I am unsure of how to do that through script (but I can learn). Editor Categories: Yep. I have to agree with you on that one.
