October 18, 06:30 AM a small IFOR convoy heading out to investigate on a tip recived from a civilian regarding the theft of several MI36 rockets from a nearby military base When arriving on location the soldiers set up the roadblock and they wait After less than fifteen minutes of waiting the tip seems to pay off The lieutenant steps out to the road to halt the vehicle The driver is asked to step out for a quick questioning, whilst the sergeant goes around the back of the truck to investigate As the sergeant goes around to check the truck out he is surprised by a bandit who had ridden in the back of the truck The VBL gunner spots the bandit and opens fire on him To be continued.
