ran 0 Posted July 26, 2003 special Helmets surplus storeUS military PASGT style helmet made out of heavy duty ABS plastic for 29.95 US$ in adult sizes looks quite realistic for the roastbeeves , UK surplus store proposing plastic US Military style helmets these helmets are apparently called "parade helmets" these helmets look like most of the other armies helmets , so with the good cover , it could look quite good just in case none of you did notice
Renagade 0 Posted July 27, 2003 http://www.imsplus.com/ims37.html bah they don`t ship out of the USA I liked the steel pot helmet. The pasgat helmet remind me of the german helmets in WW2 and in one documentry some guy was saying the helmets were quite good to break the person wearing the helmets neck by taking the front edge from behind and yanking backwards. -TU--33ker 0 Posted August 6, 2003 I'd love to see the HK G41! it's my favourite HK rifle design. hkpro.com
Harnu 0 Posted August 6, 2003 Do any of you guys have a listing of all those HK rifles? I really like their designs. Like the G3A3 and all those. And that G41, I'd like to see them. Once I get enough money I'm thinking i'm going to buy an M16A2 (or an A1 and see if my dad has flashbacks to NAM ) or one of the HK series.
-TU--33ker 0 Posted August 7, 2003 My primary choice on existing AEG's would be the M16A1. I like the triangular foregrip design. I think HKpro.com has a list of all HK weapons.
hellfish6 7 Posted August 7, 2003 Well, I'm finally biting the bullet, so to speak, and shelling out $400 for a G36C starter set tomorrow from Airsoft Extreme. I finally made the decision after finding that there are a lot of MilSim teams here in the Chicago area and scenario-based games really appeal to me. Also, I went paintballing this past weekend and realized that people, like me, who only play once in a while have absolutely no fun playing those paintballers with the double triggers, thousand-round hoppers and thousands of dollars to spend on their hobby. So, anybody out there with a G36C have any advice? It looks like I can mount just about any accessory I want to on it (laser sight, scope, etc.). Is that true? I wouldn't get a Tokyo Marui Armalite ;) They're more likely to get barrel wobble, except for the TM SR-16.
-TU--33ker 0 Posted August 7, 2003 I think you can upgrade them with a better barrel. AFAIK everyone playing airsoft upgrades his own gun.
Necromancer- 0 Posted August 7, 2003 yeah well..... the best Armalites are currently the Classic Army's Armalites... 350 FPS from stock.
