these helmets are apparently called "parade helmets"

these helmets look like most of the other armies helmets , so with the good cover , it could look quite good

bah they don`t ship out of the USA I liked the steel pot helmet.

The pasgat helmet remind me of the german helmets in WW2 and in one documentry some guy was saying the helmets were quite good to break the person wearing the helmets neck by taking the front edge from behind and yanking backwards.

My primary choice on existing AEG's would be the M16A1. I like the triangular foregrip design.

Well, I'm finally biting the bullet, so to speak, and shelling out $400 for a G36C starter set tomorrow from Airsoft Extreme. I finally made the decision after finding that there are a lot of MilSim teams here in the Chicago area and scenario-based games really appeal to me. Also, I went paintballing this past weekend and realized that people, like me, who only play once in a while have absolutely no fun playing those paintballers with the double triggers, thousand-round hoppers and thousands of dollars to spend on their hobby.

So, anybody out there with a G36C have any advice? It looks like I can mount just about any accessory I want to on it (laser sight, scope, etc.). Is that true?

I wouldn't get a Tokyo Marui Armalite ;)

They're more likely to get barrel wobble, except for the TM SR-16.

I think you can upgrade them with a better barrel. AFAIK everyone playing airsoft upgrades his own gun.
