maddogx 13 Posted September 18, 2014 Its kind of strange though since Astrakhan is nowhere near the border with Ukraine according to their own map.The article lacks some important information. Why were they so far from the border if they were investigating what happened at that border. Were they just on the way there? Perhaps they got somehow involved in other buiseness not knowing it. If they were investigating reports of Russian servicemen who had been killed, they were probably going to interview one of the families. It's not like they're going to "film the border" in the hopes of catching such an event live.
negah 26 Posted September 18, 2014 Still youd want a first hand impression of the place where it happened, perhaps ask people around who might have seen what happened at the villages near the border.
maddogx 13 Posted September 18, 2014 (edited) Still youd want a first hand impression of the place where it happened, perhaps ask people around who might have seen what happened at the villages near the border. And? Maybe they had already been there or were yet to go there. It's not really relevant to the article, which is about how they were attacked in Astrakhan. You want them to post a complete itinerary? Edited September 18, 2014 by MadDogX missing a word

It's not really relevant to the article, which is about they were attacked in Astrakhan. You want them to post a complete itinerary? Well I just pointed out that it lacked additional info which made that article unclear. Yeah an itinerary might describe their intentions much better. Because that article implies that innocent western reporters trying to uncover the turth were beaten up by evil russian KGB agents while Putin himself was erasing their hard disks. Thats what I hate about our journalism, while it is not outright ridiculous like its russian counterparts, it acts more subtle missleading people by telling half truths and small bits of information making readers imagination work out the rest. With the whole "evil russians everywhere" news coverage its is clear what people will think reading such articles. Those journalists might have been as well beaten by some pimps while filming in a red lights district or have angered some mafia people by asking too much questions. Rydygier 1317 Posted September 19, 2014 http://www.rp.pl/artykul/2,1142441-Komorowski-chce-ograniczenia-praw-Rosji-w-ONZ.html Bronislaw Komorowski told American reporters that appearing on Monday in New York at the annual meeting of the UN General Assembly will propose a reform of the Security Council. "The United Nations should be reformed in order to be an institution capable to deal with the actually existing threats" - so its initiative translates the President."Blocking the [decision] UN Security Council on Ukraine is a symbol and a symptom of the general weakness of the United Nations" - believes Bronislaw Komorowski. The Security Council was unable to adopt any resolution on the Ukrainian crisis, because any attempt to vote Russia vetoed. As one of the five - alongside the United States, China, France and Britain - the permanent members of the Council Moscow have such rights on any resolution under discussion in the Security Council. "We are at an important time when you need to stop Russia from the dangerous expansion of serving its neo-imperial vision" - said the president. The idea to take away Russia a veto in the Security Council - president Komorowski will be appealed only to limit this right in matters directly concerning Russia - is merely symbolic. To actually take away Russia this right, would in fact give their consent two-thirds of the members of the General Assembly, and such a change of the UN Charter would have to be ratified by two thirds of the members of the General Assembly, including mandatory all five permanent members of the Council. Thus Russia must ratify the decision to withdraw own right to veto decisions of the Council. http://www.polskieradio.pl/5/3/Artykul/1237417,Bialy-Dom-odrzucil-postulat-Petro-Poroszenki-o-dostawy-uzbrojenia-dla-Ukrainy During a speech before the joint session of Congress Petro Poroshenko did not hide that the current United States assistance to Ukraine is insufficient. "Blankets and night vision are important but blankets can not win the war." President Barack Obama has promised to increase aid to Ukraine for $ 46 million. He did not agree, however, for the supply of missile systems, missiles and other weapons. Meanwhile, Moscow for the third time sends to the Donbas trucks with humanitarian aid. How to found envoy of the Polish Radio on the Russian - Ukrainian frontier, about 170 white truck is now ready to leave. Not take part in the operations of the Red Cross volunteers. The organization has taken such a decision, because it is not able to inspect at carrying white truck. Similar reservations notify the observers of the OSCE and Ukrainian customs officers. negah 26 Posted September 20, 2014 http://www.dw.de/kyiv-and-rebels-agree-buffer-zone-in-ukraine-peace-talks/a-17936223 The sides agreed to move heavy weapons 15 kilometers (9 miles) away from the front line on each side, effectively creating a 30 kilometer buffer area. Separatist leader Igor Plotnitsky said it was expected that the document would lead to the creation of "a zone of complete security." He added that the status of the rebel-held regions of Luhansk and Donetsk - something the secessionists have insisted on - was not discussed. Kuchma said the two sides had also reached an agreement on the withdrawal of foreign armed formations from Ukrainian territory. The news emerged after talks that began on Friday dragged on into the night.

All russian (russian as in people inside of russia who want to separate from russia) separatist activists are paid american fsb agents and the USA want to steal Siberia and other territories of russia.
