I'm yusing the steam workshop verison. your modified and playing SP.

Its a Clean arma install yust bought the game.

Only thing I yuse with it is VAC.

@Kitux - go back to my steam workshop page where you subscribed and READ the Known Issues right there in the description to get your answer :-) Play it in MP LAN (or internet) OR just download and use my pbo version.

@lonekiller - glad you're having fun...as far as im concerned Kibot has a masterpiece here for Arma3!

Just realised it's not a hint but an error message. I've more or less cleared a zone but didn't get any confirmation. Restart... :(

This message indicates that the mission could not be properly set up at start. You either had to many zones selected or the zones were to big.

Try reducing the maximum amount, size of or distance between the zones.

***UPDATE RELEASED*** - For My Modified Version

New As of Feb 12th, 2014:

- fixed a bug that caused certain items in your inventory to be duplicated when respawning with REVIVE enabled.

Now, if you play with revive enabled you do not need to use the "load on" button in the armory.

Now, if you play with revive disabled you DO have to use the "load on" button in armory (to respawn with saved loadout). See *note below.

- updated to latest VAS (armory) script (2.4)

- changed HALO ---> All players must now unlock HALO from their request menu to use it (cost 7cp).

- changed Armory ---> All players must now unlock Armory to see it at HQ & FOB action menu's and Supply Drops (cost 3cp). All players must call in their own supply drops to see Armory in the Nato Box.

- fixed FOB Repair/Rearm Vehicles ---> All players must now unlock Vehicle Refit to see "Repair/Rearm" at FOB action menu and to use it at HQ with 0-8 menu.

- Time of day as set in the Params menu now syncs properly with JIP players.

*NOTE* - when playing with revive enabled, IF YOU DIE during a HALO attempt you will still be wearing your parachute when you respawn and so it will be necessary to reload your saved kit at an armory.

Both the PBO and Workshop versions have been updated/uploaded already...so get whichever you want, ENJOY!

i would like to make a few suggestions again

-using CP to further fortify base into a compound. i have attached several pictures which were spawned with using MCC

-allowing paradrop for whole team including AI

-allowing purchase and paradrop of vehicle (nth sucks more when everyone piles into a car and someone wrecks it otw to enemy zone)

-helo winch for light vehicles

-changing the hq officer to something like the mapstand/ laptop so that people cant join the game, kill the officer and cause mission to fail

more missions

-escort convoy to fob

-clear ied

-ambush convoy

-moving supplies to fob (get attacked by ied/ ambush halfway)

Hey guys, i've some issues:

1) High Command isn't working for me, which command/key binding is it ? I've tried several but can't find the right one :(

2) My 1st FOB is close to the coast and the ammobox is always landing in the ocean :(

1 - I believe it is LCTRL + SPACE (thats what it is on my machine anyway, not sure if this is default or if i changed it)

2 - supply drops always fall NORTH of where you are standing when you make the call...so simply stand further south before making the call.

will have a try. What is the "High Command" key bind called in the config ? I just can't remember what it was named in A2.

I'm not so sure with call further south as i think i can only call it close to the FOB ?

1. High Command by default should be: LCTRL + SPACE ( i believe its called "switch command menu"

2. wrong, support drops work anywhere you are...that's the whole point of using them...theyd be useless if they were tied to only FOB's...you are confusing them vehicle refit.

BigShot, can your modified DUWS be modded in order to have more Army points and command points at the start and also change the numbers of points one gets for controlling a zone after the fixed time interval? I know I could do it in Kibot's DUWS. Also can it be modded so that there are more vehicles and units in the request unit menu?

@irfanahmed -the modified version already contains what you asked about....search this thread...or download the mission and read the readme in the zip, or visit the steam workshop page and read about the modifications there. Give it a shot, you might like it :-)

I've already subscribed to the mission on the steam workshop. All I wanted to know was, if there is any restriction on customizing your mod to my needs. I could do it with Kibot's with ease.

I would say that Kibot's original copyright is what you need to follow. So yes, modify/customize whatever you like....and if you decide to release it or post just put a link to Kibot's original and my Modified versions.

The more folks having fun and appreciating this mission in whatever way they like can only be a good thing :-)
