da12thMonkey 1943 Posted May 19, 2011 Are we so sure this'll be at 15:30 CEST (GMT+2) and not 15:30 BST (GMT+1) or 15:30 GMT/UTC without daylight savings time? I know we synced our hack clocks to CEST, but the hacks never advertised specific start times themselves (merely that they'd be at 42 hr intervals). The time the fist hack started may as well have been arbitrary. IIRC BIS have most often used UK time when they publish dates and times in the past (can't remember if they've ever adjusted for BST though). The default forum clock for example is GMT, and the times in seeker.exe apparently had a Z for zulu time (i.e GMT). It's just that I'll be a bit miffed if I turn up here at 14:30 BST only to sit through another two hours of spam post and people butthurt at BIS for being 'late'. :rolleyes: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
