Also it splits up the Kh-29 into:

- Kh-29L laserguided

- Kh-29T IRguided

for compatibility, the original Kh-29 ammo class remains untouched so scripts referring to those will still work.

Kh-29 switched to laserguided versions.

Su-34

Has 4 Kh-29L and 2 Kh-29T

Credits:

AIM-9M, AGM-65, Mk82, Ch-29, R-73 and FAB-250 are made from scratch by myself.

GBU12 bases on the Mk82 as warhead with guidance section from UK Paveway500 made by RKSL-Rock. So credits for guidance MLOD and textures for him.

AGM-114 is very loosely based on BIS Hellfire MLOD but was almost completely rebuild by myself. Reference pictures for texture provided by NodUnit.

Also thanks to rstratton for his help with the replacement config.

Cool, very nice work, however somehow i think they appearing as to "new" to "fresh" compared to the texture Work on BIS Vehicles... :-)

Maybe you could make them a bit more dirty, like with some dust and dust-spots, finger-print spots in slight dust-color, etc.... :-)

Weapon class names and ammo class names remain the same with this replacement?

@Mandoble

yes, nothing changed there, only the model is replaced with the new one.

@Foxhound

thanks a lot, mate. Link added to first post aswell.

@mr.g-c

Usually i would agree but please take the following points into consideration:

- they have a light used look but on these screens they aren't very well visible.

- weapons usually have a significantly shorter "time in service" as a average plane and/or chopper so they'll probably never reach a similar level of "being used".

- weapons handling and storage will also protect them to some extent of looking too used. At least i do hope so. ;)

Hope you can live with this answer for now but i'll think of how i could make them look a tiny bit more used. ;)

Very true and often overlooked. Love the new look Hellfires.

Love it, any transition from something to a higher quality and more realistic is a major plus in my book, glad to see the weapons actually look like they have been safely stored away as they should be in most cases.

In terms of helicopter it can vary, take for example, attack helicopter lifts off from dusty area with hellfire in tow, later on it returns with the same hellfire, they aren't going to necessarily hose it down but just store it again. Aircraft on the other hand it's a big no no since they don't have such contact.

Out of curiosity where did you see a hellfire missile with blue print on it?

@Miller

Thanks mate. Link added to first post.

Well...uhm.....aye, you got me. The painting is somewhat fictional. The original has a metal plate on the back part containing technical data (i assume that) but couldn't get a good pic of it to make it accurate. So i decided to put manufacturer logo instead.

And the "AGM-114" printing was to replace the often seen military branch designation like U.S. ARRMY or USMC. This way it stays believable on all vehicles ever used on.

I call it "artist freedom". :D

Ah okay I understand, when you say metal plate are you talking about the silver box on the back with other smaller boxes? If so then I have a closeup of that and a few noncloseup but still pretty visibles if you are interested.

@NodUnit

check your PM's, mate.

@all

a bit OT but maybe a possible "fix include" for a possible update:

while testing the pack i've saw that the AIM-9X is shown as AIM-9L in the HUD. It is possible that this is a german version issue so my question is, how are they named in other language versions? AIM-9X or AIM-9L?

If the later, would you prefer to keep the model of the X version and correct the shown name accordingly or change the model to the L version so it fits the name?

Your opinions please.

@Foxhound & Miller

thanks for that real fast update of the mirrors. It has to be said: guys like you and your sites are the backbone of the community. All community-made addons would be lost somewhere in the net.

Much appreciated. :kneefall:

Very nice work. Enjoyable detailing. They do look nice and shiny compared to the aircraft, but hey, if they were used in RL as often as in game, you'd have new ones on the racks all the time. Detailing is nice; some of the guys I play with that are less familiar with the weapons have appreciated the extra level of detail.

Excellent job once more, nice to see some East weaponry and in the same detail, weapons do look so much better when you can actually see the small screws and partial text as well as the fins in crisp 3D rather than pushed together paper fins and the 3D holes in the rocket pod is icing.

Also excellent job with the hellfire adjustment, the plate on the back really adds.

The weapons looks too new, I guess, maybe add some dirt/rust? Maybe its just me I guess, but good work!

Hmm since when such weapons have to look "used" or "dirty" or "rusty"? They usually armed before flight and disarmed after.
