Gentlemen, they only way we get this to work is by commenting, so if you want to see this integrated, share your experience without it and how it would benefit you. -

Have you developers thought of adding a auto pilot holding pattern for the Jets? Like a 2 km circle at wherever height you turn it on? This would be extremely useful and I know it would not be hard to toss in there before release. I am not the only Milsim pilot who feels this would be a huge help. When your taking down a CAS nine line, it is a pain to write down info, mark the map, program your micro dager, and respond on the radio all at the same time you try and keep your aircraft within range of the JTAC. If you are upon the more serious milsim units like us, Air assets are a type 1 or 2 control for the most part, they circle the sky for 30-40 minutes at times waiting on a fire mission. Adding a feature like this would highly benefit those who go through the the struggle. Not to mention the young ones who's mom's tell them to feed the dogs or something could just pop it on and there plane is still alive when they get back. -
So I was just watching a mod video with a flir camera on an A-10 warthog. Very similar to all the UAV cameras if not the same. My question, is it possible to add that camera to a second monitor while the plane is on your main monitor?

Now I do understand that Arma is not a flight Sim, But there is a lot of out there who take the fixed wing seriously in MilSim units. I am at a dilemma with purchasing a new set up hoping the Jets DLC will be compatible. I am leaning towards the Thrustmaster HOTAS set up with some pedals and possibly MFD cougar pack. Is bohemia making the Keybindings more acceptable to this kind of set up for the DLC release? I had my hopes up due to this photo in the Jets DLC video

That's all possible but again no guarantees. Why would you want to switch to MPH? The metric system is all aircraft use for the most part. It's very simple to learn. 1 km is 1000 meters which is close to three football fields. 1meters is 3.3 feet. Prior service infantry Marine, and I have grown fond of the metric over imperial all together. I think if you tried you would to. Just a thought.

Also it would be nice if they could build the holding cycle auto pilot like they have in real airplanes for. When it comes down to the mil sim area, it's a pain in the ass to take down a casual 9 line, read your map, make your marks, and keep the plane where you need it.

Nope that's a space peanut

Why would they put the Time, Money, and effort in this animation if they were playing a joke?

Also to add to this, my pops was navy on a ship. Here is a picture of signaling takeoff. And here is Bohemias "Scanning The Horizon: Arma 3 in 2017" Animation creation picture on their video. Looks like we are going to get an Aircraft carrier boys!

Hello, I am Captain Black, Commanding officer of the 3rd Special Forces Operations. Some of you may have heard of us by now. We are looking for professional Mil-Sim units to band a Leadership committee. With this committee would help solve problems within the Mil-Sim community. The reason we have begun this campaign is due to the excessive amount of Mil-Sim players we come across speaking of their last unit and how terrible it was. This either creates sim jumpers or players to quit the mil-sim altogether. We want to solve this issue as a team of Leaders. Now I’m not sure how this can be done or what exactly we would do, but if you put enough people in a room a plan begins to form. Here will be the parameters of the units available for this committee (Due to Change): 30+ active members 17 Years old + groups Military Simulation Units Top two ranking officials of the unit North American region Primary focus is ARMA 3 First If you are interested and to verify you have read, paste my name in your comment below and send me a friend’s request. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely Cpt. Black 3rdFO Commanding
