Have you attempted to manually download the BE files from the BE website? http://www.battleye.com/download.html I believe they can be placed into the 'Battleye' folder within the ARMA 3 folder (../ARMA3/Battleye/) -
You are probably best emailing Dwarden at dwarden@ bistudio.com, with the Subject: [CRASH] in the subject line. Zip up the RPT & minidmp files with a brief description of what occurred.

This is just a guess here, but I'm getting the feeling that there's more than 1 ARMA 3 server on that system, all of which are possibly being assigned the same Steam Ports?! If this is the case then I believe (as it was posted in a thread by one of the DEV's 'Dwarden', which I now can't find) that you need to define 'different' port numbers for steam ports against the number of A3 servers running off the same machine/IP Address. e.g. [same System/IP Address] A3 Server #1 - Steam Ports 10721 & 10722 A3 Server #2 - Steam Ports 10731 & 10732 A3 Server #3 - Steam Ports 10741 & 10742 etc and so on I'd go back to the hosting provider to ask whether this is the case. They would then need to setup different ports across the number of A3 servers using the same IP address (likely to be the same box). -

I don't have an answer I'm afraid, other than suggest you contact your hosting provider for support. I run my own system(s) with full Remote Desktop (RDP) access and I'm able to change the steam ports without the issues you are experiencing. -

I noticed how the same AI was getting up in exactly the same position - Shame the AI don't know how to shift positions (or is that a bad example in that video of the AI being stationary in the one position?) -
I'm going to re-do it again but I can see the updated files in place of the 'older' files within my ASR_AI mod folder. [Added after posting] Replaced the required files again - They were already there. New log file ready to catch any errors - Will report back once I gather more info.

Robalo, Early tests seems to have resolved the 'undefined variables' and other reported issues with the updated A2 version. Should I encounter anything new, or changes I'll make you aware. Thanks for resolving the issues quickly - Much appreciated :)

Ollem, At this stage, with the updated A2 version I've yet to see the reported 'undefined variables' (good sign). Should I notice/encounter any new ones (or reported ones that have surfaced) I'll post here and make you aware. Thanks for the quick turnaround in getting those resolved :) -

I've been doing my best to report whether via a 'tracker, thread post and/or PM' the 'undefined variables' errors I've seen in our servers logs to the various mod makers (CBA/ACE/Jayarma2lib/ASR_AI/TPWCAS and others). Some are better than others at even responding, let alone fixing. Here's hoping they all get around to removing the 'undefined variables' as for our systems the entries can take our log files into the double-digit GB figures (and we notice performance issues). Dwarden is aware of my request to bring in the '-nologs' switch that is available with A3 but its whether they have time, and can port is back to A2 (here's hoping) -

Server Password and attempting to connect with HC doesn't work at the moment (A3) - Its a known bug and Dwarden is aware of it. http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=9106 -
I've noticed the the same issue mentioned as Fred41 with DS + HC with "loopback=true" enabled in the server config. My only other issue is that without that line (or commented out) in the server config my HC eventually crashes due to it connecting/disconnecting for some reason (Crash reports have been emailed to Dwarden).

People will have different roles at BIS, and it's not necessarily (and shouldn't be) developers who maintain the Bug Tracker System (that's not to say they can't add their comments into tickets). I would expect the QA Team/Department, Producer, and/or assigned Moderators be the person's maintaining the Bug Tracking system - This would not impact the developers time in continuing with their coding/development tasks.
