Dangerdog 0 Posted June 7, 2010 But will they ever remove it all together as BIS will? I know which I prefer. Of course, he even said so in the post.
Villain. 11 Posted June 8, 2010 Of course, he even said so in the post. I think Defunkt was saying that Bad Company 2 won't have the DRM removed all together, whereas BIS games eventually do. Yes, it is quite possible there will be some more options to buy the game in not too distant future. Thanks for the confirmation - I'll keep looking. :)
Moklakins 10 Posted June 8, 2010 * Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead comes with Securom on the disc and in some territories with optional online activation also for the DVD version (we intend to release DRM free update to the game in some of the future patches, as always)* Arma 2 that is part of Combined Operations comes already patched up to DRM free version Thanks! and can you confirm that the steam version of AO is securom free? JojoTheSlayer 35 Posted June 8, 2010 Steam: n/a yet This sucks tbh. I expect Steam delays right now for some reason... Will I be able to install a boxed version and have it work with Arma 2 Steam (Integrate) or will it conflict, even if its basically a add on?
