How can I start updates without web interface how it was in previous versions? Possibly check the Start Menu and create a shortcut for the Six Updater Console. Alex72 1 Posted February 27, 2010 Do you need a external soundcard to properly use the HIFI sounds? Why do you think you would have to use/buy an "external" (aka soundcard in a box outside the pc) to run HiFi? The only thing AFAIK to get the best out of Mark's soundmod is to use a Xfi card to really feel the bass etc. But cased external soundcard is not needed. They are for producing music etc with (minimal noise/disturbance). Just go for it man! :) Remember to not load ACEX_SM if you only want HiFi or pick'n'mix and use both at the same time. maturin 12 Posted February 27, 2010 I suspect the armor system still has loopholes, specifically regarding crew damage. In my T-72A I played a mission while merrily shrugging off RPGs and 30mm cannon rounds, only to be killed (I, the driver) by my own HEAT FRAG shrapnel, the splash damage from a collapsing building, and (I think) friendly fire .50 caliber rounds hitting the back of my turret. I had more freak deaths than combat deaths overall. Tank to tank combat is still glorious, and the reloading was worth it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Please do it :) The second most important thing is trying to reproduce the issue WITHOUT any other additional mods (only CBA, ACE and ACEX) and making sure you are up2date. Possibly in a simple new test mission) I mean it is still shooting at me and moving! I've setup a ticket incl test mission: http://dev-heaven.net/issues/9329 Please reproduce the issues with that mission and attach your rpt so we can trace what the issue is probably caused by. Heh it was still shooting at me like it just rolled out of the factory lol..Something isn't right i'm afraid.. :( I think the hellfires are exploding above the T72 instead of hitting it on top. That's what I was wondering. I think he's trying this against the T-90 Shtora, not the T-72. I've been trying to reproduce this with the T-72 and I just couldn't stop killing it. You put me in the gunner position, i was talking about when the AI is the gunner.. How do you even lock something as a gunner? Not to be rude but i don't really care about gunning atm, my problem is that the AI gunner makes the hellfire missles explode above the tank (in the air) instead of hitting it on top. Well if i gun it seems to be working as it should.. When the AI guns it's still the same though, maybe AGM-114K hellfire 2 isn't supposed to be used against armor but against infrantry? It explodes in the air so maybe it's airburst? EDIT: apparently not.. AGM-114K Hellfire II * Target: All armored threats * Range: 8,000 m (8,749 yd) Seriously can someone try flying a chopper with this missle and have the AI gun and see what happens? Your AI does not hit and destroy targets in that mission? Added a 3rd mission, where you spectate as Civilian, while AH64 and AH1 ai's are taking down a lot of Armor. Typhoon- 10 Posted February 27, 2010 With my experience with the ACE2 wounding system, I seem to only ever need bandages, morphine and epinephrine. Can someone tell me where, why and when I would need to use plasma, tourniquets, IV bags, large bandages etcetera? I've done some searching but I can't find any good results. Thanks in advance.
