If you have the new panthera, you only need the updated FFAA mod and the new RH M4 pack. It adds over 100 new rifles and side arms. Joseph Troska 0 Posted October 30, 2009 Thanks sick1! :) Just one thing I am having trouble with: I was on the first mission, and I blew up the first artillery gun, but the mission objective didn't change. The waypoint marker stayed in the first artillery base - inside a building (which I also demo'd), but the waypoint didn't change to the next artillery gun further north) Looks great so far! The inclusion of the new M4/M16 pack is fantastic - it's good trying to do a mission with a rifle like the M16A1 (with 20rnd mags selected). Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Any way you could make it so we can use the new guns from the RH M4 pack in the original seal team six campaign? it would be awesome to be able to replay those missions with some of those new weapons! This is not a problem with SLX nor my campaign. They just weren't tested together. I removed SLX_GL3.pbo and it worked fine. So try this if you must have SLX. It looks like you copied and pasted the above text from the first mission Sadly I can't guarantee if it will completely work however I added some scripting such as if the Extraction helo is shot down via the SLX super AI pilot vision, the extraction trigger will be deleted thus you can still complete the mission. I stopped using SLX_GL3.pbo because it made helo scripting impossible in my opinion. You have to make it within your Arma 2 directory. Within this folder place the Seal_Team_Six2_cmp.pbo (you have to unzip/extract it first) in the folder. PaperCut 10 Posted October 30, 2009 (edited) Yup, I'm lovin it too, rescuing the hostages in misison one is where I'm at and having a helluva time trying to assault it. Since I always fill up the FAV with an assortment of weapons, I'm trying different loadouts and attacking from different directions. The absolute biggest problem I have (not that it has anything to do with this campaign) is my troops not using cover effectively. Even if I switch over to them and manually set them up where I want them. Just curious, is the "find cover" order useful to anyone? Another weird quirk I found; I'm using a Silenced G36, (3rd person) when I lay prone my shots hit above my crosshair by alot when crouched or standing the shots land barely above the top of the crosshair all while shooting at the same tree 50 meters away. I think it has something to do with one of the mods because I don't notice it during other campaigns/missions. Anyone else notice anything similar? After taking out the first Arty site, I headed to the second from the western hill. One of these mods keeps giving me a knife instead of binoculars so I make sure to bring an M24 with me to use for Recon. Once I reached the hill I scoured the terrain taking in as much info as possible. I noticed that the hill I was on kinda went down then into a plateau. Just before the AA battery theres a pretty steep dropoff. I loaded out 2&3 with Silenced G36's and myself with an Mk Mod 0 Heavy Machine gun. (all of which were neatly packed into my FAV.) I positioned myself directly west of the camp behind a tree and ordered the other two to flank both left and right. Unit 2 had a much longer walk but I'm SOOOO glad I did that because he ran into more patrols in the woods. I had him move around a bit to see if there were any more patrolling the south flank but there were only two. Unit 3 was positioned to the North of the camp and had a great view of both sides of the bunker. I ordered Unit 2 to target one of the riflemen near him, then while still holding fire I issued the "Fire" order, not the "Open Fire" order. After 2 took out the first rifleman, I ordered him to target the other then issued the same "fire" order, Rifleman 2... dead. I Immediatly ordered 3 to "Open Fire", waited a second then opened fire myself taking out both Arty batteries myself. Once everyone was in position and I issued the first order, I would say taking out the entire camp took about 30 seconds. Sick... I had so much fun doing this man... Archamedes 10 Posted October 30, 2009 i installed it correctly and it worked, its not that hard to install campaign to your campaigns directory and all extra addons to your addons directory. simple. alough some addons may need to be updated from the previous seal 6 campaign such as the island. PaperCut 10 Posted October 31, 2009 I had all the mods needed for the first Seal Team 6, however I didnt feel like going through and checking to see which ones might need to be updated so I just re-downloaded everything and the campaign works fine.
