we actually used several different patterns. what one are you referring too?

The new regulars use a new DPM desert patern provided to us by Sander.

I may also provide another division of troops in the old Desert textures too.

Reinstalled Arma 1 today for some RACS action, really looking forward to the A2 release (Royal Marines on Podagorsk or Duala = pure win :D)!

Oh, and I just had another look at the weapons pack, can´t wait to get the G3a4 +GL.

Heh. My thoughts exactly stacey. In fact that's all i've been doing recently. Putting RACS troops on Duala and then trying to find an addon with vehicles that seem right. (RACS Vehicles are as done as they can be until BIS releases the samples if I remember correctly, and wld said he would prefer to release them as complete as possible)

I'm thinking of making my mission where they use UN vehicles from the RCIR pack.

Good idea, DH. I had the impression that Task Force Lion is a Quick Reaction Force, so no heavy vehicles at the beginning, just the stuff that can be easily transported.

Take your time with the vehicles and release them in the quality you want them to be. If it takes the MLODs, well, then we´ll have to wait a bit. :)

Oh, one question about the infantry: do we get some SF units (e.g. Recons for the marines), too?

omg i had that same idea with the missio nlol, even today i tried to semi port some of the a1 stuff to arma2 for a bit of fun but was to relient on a1 lol. but was thinking that the RACS had a embassy on dula with peace keepers and so forth :)

anyway cant wait for the releases mate, really looking forward to it :)

No. well sorta. i want to release teh helicopters, a plane or two and the infantry all at once. that way guys can get to making missions with them and add the other stuff later.

i dont really have a set release schedule. honestly i work on what i feel like that day. For example ive been working on the troops and the helicopters cause teh TFL clan has been doing some dedicated beta testing for me. So it motivates me to work on them.
