krycek 349 Posted July 4, 2012 Vilas not sure if you already fixed this since your last Polish modern forces release but enemy IFV were using their machinegun on Rosomaks instead of their main gun,for example Bmp2 used mg instead of its 30mm gun against them.I think Rosomaks weren't classed as wheeled armor like Strykers or BTR-90,but I'm not sure. vilas 477 Posted July 5, 2012 hmmm and VAZ 2101, 2105, 2107, Polonez, Wartburg works okay ? strange cause first time i hear that Fiat not works (Topas loves Fiat , so he tested it as first car) but which model not works ? chromed (green, yellow) , Militia, or plastic (red, grey) ? cause in p85_cars there are 3 models and several colors of Fiat i wonder if there can be possibility that other file interrupt, cause changes after update are: - moved from P85_V to P85_C following cars: Wartburg, Lada, Fiat, Polonez, Nysa, Zuk, class name "p85_fiat" "p85_lada" are the same , but they are in config of "p85_cars" not "global config" all Militia, AMbulance works for you ? of course i will test them again on my PC, but if Lada 2105 works, than those Fiats should work too , as they inherit from class "_fiat" i will check model from different LODs to see it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Problems i found : BRDM1 DshK the gunner and the machine gun is not in the right position with each other. I mean the gunner's hands are not holding the gun. BRDM1 2k16 there is no gunner's view at all. Both gunners sight and crosshair are missing. The rockets are working good. vilas 477 Posted July 7, 2012 (edited) as i looked (ctrl+f) into my addons i have vilas_rw_forces in addon: - AK pack (east guns pack, not only AK) so it is AK, Abakan, Groza, RPK, SVDx addon class CfgPatches { class VILAS_RW_Forces { units[] = {"vil_rw"}; requiredVersion = 1.54; requiredAddons[] = {"CAWeapons_E", "CAWeapons", "CAWeapons_E_AK"}; }; }; }; it is inside AK pack model/textures folder config was done by several people, as i see in config (addon has 2 files, one is config file, second is model+tex file) RW - Russian Weapons (AK, AN, RPK, SVDx, OC...) krycek 349 Posted July 9, 2012 My test with Rosomaks: BMP2 and BTR-90 fire their cannon correctly on it,Vodnik BPPU and BRDM 2 fire their mg instead of the 2A42 and KPVT on it. Rosomaks engaging BMP2,BTR90 and BRDM2 are using their 30mm cannon while on Vodniks they use their mg. I would also suggest to bump up a little the Rosomak 30mm cannon power because right now it's very weak compared to other 25mm and 30mm in game.Actually to me it looks like it's firing grenades as bullets.:confused: I also wanna say the civilian vehicles are super great,they bring a lot of diversity for the civilian side. vilas 477 Posted July 11, 2012 there will be silver but Alfa Romeo 159 ;) but all civilian vehicles in any colour can appear in Topas addon, but Topas needs config help and such like work to pack all those civ cars into one civilian addon , cause in this pack i want to have "a few" civilian stuff, rest can be released by Topas in 100 colors, paint-schemes etc. apart from colors of Octavia, does anyone observed any weird animation bugs on any vehicle (now after damage-wheel applied)? cause one person reported me "strange moving parts" on Rosomak, but on my PC all works okay, noone other reported it, i know that binarisation tool sometimes makes weird things, but as all works okay on my PC ? maybe there is a mod or what which makes "damagehide" selection moving along with "turret" selection? i know that 2-3 people had problems with "damagehide" objects moving when turret turns or when steering wheel turns but on my PC (vanila Arma2 + vanila OA + last patch) all works without any weird anims so if you seen any wrong animated object on model in last versions - please tell me i would like to fix as much as i can and prepare it for official release with news, WIKI and such like details Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

What I want to see,is some of the more important cars ,like a full Airport Fire Department or MP-cars and may be even those cars that might be used for "Armored Limo"duties. We mght get some interresting gameplay.If you can make them in such a way that we can port them with minimum effort to A3 ,like making different strobelight and with some sort of way to change the sound to the real thing,like build-in "MP-3 -player" to change the sounds of the Siren to a particular country`s would be cool. Maybe import sound from WMPL. Cool work ! Keep it up.Tnx! Is there a possebility to add a kind of Blake's Autopilot and Real Car Alarms to make it drive much better if it is a way to connect the Autopilot to a GPS that could some how drive it better then the patch can do.Maybe prepare some of the cars,like Mercedes Van with optional blue beacon light(s) and and ready for German Armed Forces Mod. Maybe a Rescue Diver`s Van for dive mods What about an American Ambulance,truck-model? Soo very cool! Just my 2 cent.
