Can't see the video. When you use the youtube brackets, don't post the whole URL in there, only the last few numbers/letters.

Hi,

I made two videos comparing the different graphical settings on Arma OA. Unfortunately the video quality is not as good as I expected but some people could find it interesting to compare the different settings.

You'll want to record in 1280x720 for YouTube HD widescreen

Does it HAVE to be that resolution? Because 1280x1024 is my native resolution.

No, i record with fraps in 1680 x 1050 and can upload to youtube in widescreen.

It depends how you convert the video.

My native resolution is 1280x1024 too.

When I record, I go to the options, set resolution and filtrate to 1280x720, and make the aspect ratio from 5:4 to 16:9.

When I am done recording I go back to default.

Regarding WarFX, no idea lol, it just worked like I expected it too? I had to change the name of the @WarFX folder to make it work, because before it was like:

"@WarFX_particles_loooooonggg_name_2.0002000222"

So I just renamed it too "@WarFX". :p

That might be your problem?

Richie.

The allies secured a small town 3 months ago, and today, the enemy wants it back.

Both For, Dust, Sand and Honor as well as Reaper Strike were both awesome. Especially since neither really had any fancy stuff in it. Just first person footage. Good job Elderwind for Reaper Strike! I'll comment on the other guys YouTube.

Do you maybe know a tutorial on how to use the unitcapture/unitplay function?

I've searched around and couldn't really find a clear tut on this.
