Welcome back Alex, great to see everything has worked out in the end.

Couple of questions about the mod:

Will you be adding thermal sights to the vehicles?

Will future versions of the ZTZ-99 have a missile ammunition option for the main gun?

Good to see you sorted out the problems and returned :). Losing VME mod would have been a major loss on this side of the world.

If I read it well, there's a sort of beta release for the mod already? In this case I would like to inquire about the possibility of posting a download link here on BI forums.

Yes, it is in our plan, the config will be re-make.:D

Thanks for your attention, we release a "preview" version in our fourm. But this version is very "Basic" and have a lots of bugs, we plan to make "Month Build" in next step and release on BI Fourm together.:bounce3:

Alex, I know a very popular feature of Operation Halfmoon was the addition of a Mandarin voice pack (except it doesn't work in Operation Arrowhead).

Will you be adding a voice pack to your mod? I realise it is a lot of work, (perhaps Fromz will give permission to use his pack?) but I'm sure you'll agree it adds a lot of atmosphere to playing as a Chinese soldier.

I think so, but first we must fix a lots of bugs....

Welcome Back.

Yes the release on the VME forums was quite buggy for me, some of the .pbo files did not work for me, but i got the vehicle pbos and use this mod frequently. When bugs are sorted out, this will be a great mod.

2 questions though.

Will this mod be ACE compatable?

Are you going to put moving parts on the weapons? Some of the machine guns have ammo belts that dont move when you fire the weapon. But it is looking very good an I am anticipating the release:)

We must solve a lots of bugs in config and model first(as the second question), so the ACE compatable will be consider in future.

Will this mod have officers? When I say officers, I don't just mean riflemen with different names, I mean distinctive uniforms as well?

Also I think a nice idea would be to follow what BIS has done since OA, and include 'light' and 'off-duty' personal. I always think this is a great touch. :)

I know it would be a big job, but later could you please model the tanks and apcs using the ace armour stuff. Vehicle Damage system is what it is called. http://ace.dev-heaven.net/wagn/Vehicle_Damage_System

Also this may take a while, but i am currenlty working on a realistic body armour project, to work with ace. I normally play with acex_pla so i am also doing research on chinese armour and ammunition. ACE team will be changing certain configs in the soldiers to get this to work, please keep in touch with ace if you chose to make your mod compatable if possible so when the mod is complete, your mod can be compatable with my enhanced simulation module. looking forward to it mate, keep up great work.
